I went to Cherry Hill 3 times and my last appt was the final straw. Everyone was very friendly and professional but I always felt like they were trying to upsell me on treatments I didnt need. My last appt seemed to go fine until i was asked to sit down with someone (not the dentist) to schedule my next appt. There i was told i had 6 cavities that needed to be filled for $700 out of pocket! I asked why the dentist didnt tell me about this and she was surprised and went to talk to him. Upon coming back, she said that i didnt really have 6 cavities, but the special device they used on my teeth found FUTURE CAVITIES that they wanted to fill now! They told me I HAD cavities and needed to schedule....they did not proactively disclose the true condition of my teeth until after i pushed back. I declined and went to another dentist for my next 6 month cleaning. This dentist gave me a clean bill of health and ZERO cavities or signs of future cavities! Not a thing was wrong with my teeth. So I ask you, why would a dentist office try to trick a patient into getting a service that wasn't need? I guess thats how they funded that crazy nice office with high end chandeliers and expensive furnishings. I write this review now because there system continues to email me reminders with the subject 'We are concerned about your treatment delay'. What are you concerned about...your monthly sales goals? Clearly not me! I dont usually leave review but I wouldn't recommend anyone ever visit this dentist practice unless you also enjoy visiting used car dealers. Thats what this place feels like...sorry. UPDATE: it has now been 2 1/2 years since the above incident and my most recent cleaning today resulted in still no cavities! This ‘technology’ they use is a fraud

Always the BEST experience. 9 years going here and I’ll never have another dentist. My son recently started going and they made sure to calm his nerves and make him as comfortable as possible. For a child to not be nervous at the dentist speaks volumes. No better place to go.

New to town, tried to establish care and they "require" the Main insured SSN to verify insurance. My Insurance identified this is not true and they can us my Member Number they said they can't and it will just be all out of pocket then... They also said I need to pay a $100 deposit to schedule, what is this RENT A DENTIST? I'd assume I get better service by some of the review and the look of the office, maybe it's just a money grab to pay for the ""fancy"" .....Of the two, maybe three girls I spoke with on the phone the 1st was nice and the others were not so friendly/inviting *REDFLAGS......left and right, I'm going somewhere else.

I always love the staff at Cherry Hill Dental. The ladies who welcome you as you first come into your room are always so kind. I had Megan during my recent visit for dental work and she was awesome! She was very mindful of my comfortability, and you can tell she knows what she’s doing. I haven’t been to a Dentist in over 10 years and it was a little intimidating at first but I am very thankful I chose Cherry Hill. I would have given Cherry Hill Dental 5 stars but the hygienist Bree who cleaned my teeth was so rough it would make someone whose getting their teeth cleaned for the first time not wanna ever go back. She will NOT be touching my teeth ever again. Aside from that, I had a great experience. Alexis was very good and so was my doctor Mary!

They did an amazing job from start to finish! 2 other dentists did not even offer to perform a root canal on my molar! Adrian assisted me in having xrays done. After the initial assessment occurred with Dr. Patel. She was able to explain in great detail the plan to get me on the right track to great dental health. Dr. Patel and Adrian took great care in comforting me. Tjey played music and joked with me, setting my mind at ease. I was set to come back to have restorative work done. When I came back, Dr. Anthony Gadbois did a phenomenal job! During the root canal he was able to see another root that did not show up on imaging! I'm so thankful that he had some great technology to better visualize that extra root! Love that they are able to mill the crown in house. They felt just like my own teeth. On another trip Dr. Miller repaired several of my other teeth. They had an amazing restorative staff member Sarah!! She took great care of me. I explained that in the past I had a bad experience with a dentist. She made sure I was comfortable and gave me breaks as requested. Thank you so much 💓 Cherry Hill Dental!!!
