Went to establish care and they exceeded my expectations. Excellent manner and staff.

I have very pleased with My Dentist. The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. I would e commend them to anyone needed dental services.

Work was fine, payed the bill before leaving, now I'm getting a bill in the mail. Very sus. On top of that the cackling ladies at the desk are very annoying and unprofessional in what they choose to gossip about. I'll never go back.

Some good work, some poor quality service and medical billing ethics complaint. Over $330 for a tiny filling that took less than 10 minutes

Worst dental experience ever! From the moment I walked in the door I knew it wouldnt be a pleasant experience. The receptionist was rude and attempted to charge me $50 for "fluoride" even tho my dental plan covers exam, cleaning & fluoride 100%. I've had good good oral hygiene my entire life and have not had any problems "until today". These people are out trying to get extra money from people and refuse to do what people actually came for because those services are usually covered by most insurance plans and they don't make any money outside of insurance. I ended up with $500 in fees BEFORE they would do anything I was asked to pay 1/4 of the fee TODAY. At the end of the day I left with a sore mouth from being poked with instruments. They make up the worst diagnosis to get the most out of pocket at the time of appointment. This is a money grab I'd rather go to the UMKC School of Dentistry.

Kudos for getting me in at the last minute when I needed some emergency work done. However, I was rushed through and nothing was explained to me. Then the agreement I signed for my procedure was about $200 less than what I ended up having to pay.

Incredibly rude people at the front desk. Holy and her manager need to have extensive training on how to talk to public. They hang up on me because they have no clue how to answer simple question.

Even though my exam revealed bad news about my teeth, everyone there was super nice and made me comfortable even though my teeth were so bad.

I called My Dentist Grandview because I was in need of immediate care. The receptionist was pleasant. I was given a same-day appointment. Every one in the office was kind and very informative.

If you're a little nervous about seeing a dentist or haven't gone for awhile, they are understanding and kind to those of us that need reassurance that we will be taken of care like family!
