Absolutely do not recommend.. I was very honest with my severity of the anxiety both in email and phone. Got scheduled and made arrangements to take off work for both me and my husband. The day of the appointment , 5 hours before the appointment, they called and said they couldn't see me because of my anxiety. It's a wonder people don't trust dentists.

Horrible experience. Terrible Service. Scheduled fillings at 8:30 - which took 45 minutes, then they had me wait until 10:30 for my cleaning. An hour and a half wait in the lobby. Also charged me a cancel fee when I called more than 24 hour in advance. They refused to take off of the bill. Rude receptionist, bad hygienist, aloof dentist. Fingers crossed this place goes out a business so they can stop scamming.

Having a cavity filled is not something one usually looks forward to, but I can honestly say this has been the best experience to date. I am no stranger to fillings, but Dr. Mack and her assistants made it pain and stress free. My normal dentist anxiety was put to ease when the process was described to me and each step was quick and painless. This place has been a nightmare. They insisted on us paying them $3,200 upfront, and then our insurance overpaid them $1,200 which they're suppose to refund us, but here we are 10 months later and STILL have not received our money back! Every time we inquire about it, they tell us that we should get it within a week. REALLY??? 10 MONTHS???? And they're still giving us the same old story.

I ABSOLUTELY love this place. The workers are great, they treat you like as if you were family and even friends. They know no stranger. They love starting conversations with you and get to know you. They make you feel at home, honestly. As soon as I walked in today, they were like Hi Tabatha how are you.? They knew who I was immediately, yes I’ve been there a few times, but with all the patients they see. They still remember who you are.! They always make sure you’re comfortable, and always always ask if you are doing okay, I would recommend this place to anyone and everyone. I will never have another dentist/assistant dentist again. They are literally the best. Dr Ochoa, Nicole, Dannie, and all the other ones that have worked with me, they are absolutely amazing ❤️ (I’m not too good with names, but I remember faces) Now, if I ever move, I don’t care how far it is, I will drive just to have them as my dentist. That’s how great they are.!
