Everybody here is so sweet and caring, the receptionists, the assistants and the doctor himself even their surgeon who comes in once a month. I had a surgery today, 4 wisdom and 3 others so seven total and I am shocked to say I feel perfectly fine. Aside from swelling, I don’t think I really needed any medicine and I’m the type who usually can’t get oral pain to go away no matter what I do so I am so thankful and grateful for the work they’ve done for me today and the patience they’ve had with my game of 21 questions. They even saw me again post-op to soothe my concerns and assure me everything looks great. I HATE the dentist, but I genuinely think I love this one. Thank you guys so much for helping me through this in such a friendly & judgment free environment.

Horrible experience. Went in for 1 cracked tooth to be repaired. The dentist decided to do 4 crowns on my front teeth Took no molds of original teeth, tried making crowns in house to save himself money. FAILED MISERABLY. Had a dental assistant ask me to hold new crowns in with my bottom lip to check fitting🙄. Glued new crowns in, couldn’t close my jaw or eat until I went back multiple times with grinding down on new crowns to fit. Still no good Then after all this was told the doctor wants to re do them the proper way it should of been done in the first place. Having to go to a different, more reputable dentist to have them fix this hack job done by New Mark Modern Dentistry and Mbata but definitely not letting them get away with this sub par work. Taking legal action. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND this dentist for my dogs teeth. Hack job. ***update**** This dental office’s headquarters are in California. Not a local business. Still waiting on refund and plan to fix the horrible dental work performed by this office. Waited 5 business days getting ghosted from New Mark Modern Dentistry corporate office. Use local. Trust who you put your dental work with.

I was blown away with how amazing the staff was at New Mark Modern Dentistry! From the moment I called to schedule an appointment for a root canal and crown, I felt welcomed in and cared about. I was even given advice for my pain prior to my appointment. Once in the office the feeling that I was truly cared for was top notch. Dr. Mbata did an amazing job and made sure I was as comfortable as possible during the procedure and even made sure I laughed from time to time.
