I came here to have a tooth removed that another dentist had messed up. That last experience gave me severe anxiety and caused me to avoid the dentist for years. The tooth became so bad that I could no longer avoid it…. After reading reviews from others on this place, I decided to give them a try. My experience this time was far better than expected. Dr.Kratz and Lauren both did an excellent job extracting the broken tooth and fitting a bone graft. After years of avoiding the dentist I now have a lot of work to be done, and this will for sure be where I get it done. Thanks guys.

Love this office!! Gina Underwood gave me an excellent cleaning and first appointment with x-rays. She explained more than I’ve ever heard in any dental office I’ve ever been in and I felt so confident I had been given a great referral! The whole staff was so explanatory and Dr. Bruch gave me a great plan and I felt so comfortable!!

I’m terrified of going to the dentist. No really bad experiences to explain it, but it’s there. Anxiety to the extreme that I waited over 20 years to see a dentist again. I went in to see St. Louis County Dental partners after a cracked tooth made it impossible to live. A crown and quite a few fillings later, I can say that Dr. Bialecki and his staff are amazing. They are empathetic, non-judgmental (I know I should have been seeing a dentist regularly; no need to dwell), and kind. They also have several options for sedation, if you need it (I did/do). I have seen Dr. Bialecki twice now, and I am proud to say my cleaning is already scheduled.

Wanted to share my great experience at this dentist office. I recenlty saw Dr. Kratz for a filling. I was so nervous to have this filling done it's been since I was a little girl that I had a filling. Dr. Kratz was amazing, so patient and he knew I was nervous. The entire staff is amazing very friendly I can't say enough great things about this office. My 32 year old son had a tooth break, this office fit him in and did the work asap. I'm deathly afraid of the dentist and my mouth shows it. I need major work and finally made an appointment. Started with Alyssa at the front desk. She eased me as I tearfully made an appointment. Then face to face day of appointment crying as I check in and again Alyssa eased me. Then Gina the dental hygienist was next. She was amazing as well as I continued to cry but she explained everything. Next was Dr Bruch. So sweet and so gentle. She examined me as I cried thru everybody. Lastly was Sara who walked me thru my plan and pricing. She was so calming as she answered all my questions. Next day Alyssa called check on me see if I had questions. I tearfully explained I want to come there but financially I can't. But I will tell anyone and everyone I know to go to this office even just for your yearly. Such sweet people. Thank you for taking care of me.
