Today at the Smile Company was my scheduled appointment for fillings. The staff is amazingly nice and professional. They make all the effort to make you comfortable pushing you towards a state of relaxation. The facility is clean and the rooms have a nice ambiance. Dr. Robinson was equally professional and confident in her performance. She was focused and attentive while providing service. My visit was a pleasant visit at the Smile Company. I highly recommend visiting them for your dental care.

The staff was friendly and very knowledgeable. They treated me with great care.

Totally love this place, haven’t been to the dentist regularly and they got me right back on track. I recommend The Smile Company.

First time. Everyone was polite and gracious. Made me feel welcome. All my procedures were explain and done with care. Will definitely be back at my scheduled appointment.

Myself and my daughter got our checkup with the Smile Company today and everyone was so welcoming. The staff was lovely, I especially enjoyed Danielle. Doctor Robinson was warm and overall really great energy. I'll be back, me and my family. Update: since my last review, todays experience was especially great. Seems they have new staff and the vibe overall was amazing. My tech was so gentle which I’m not custom to at any dental office, I thought a little roughness was apart of the service lol my daughter (15) agrees that her tech was also very gentle and lovely. Nothing was wrong for us before but this particular visit was exceptional. And Dr. Robinson is always a joy

Scammers!!! I was charged $99 for my daughter teeth to be cleaned although she is on my insurance. The dentists are refusing to sign my dental claim form so I can be reimbursed by my dental insurance! I was told by the front desk receptionist that the dentists both (Keith and Ashley) said the form was too old for them to sign. I’ve been trying to get the dentist to sign the form for months. It’s a scam. Also, I need a root canal! I’ve been coming to this office for 6 years. How did it get to the point that I need a root canal? Why wasn’t a preventive services provided. AVOID THIS PLACE!!! *This is in response to Smile Company’s reply, I’ve have never not had dental insurance. I came to you with dental insurance. I have no idea what they are referring to about a $99 introductory price because that was NOT my issue. This is another attempt by this company to deflect on their wrongdoing.

I was skeptical because of the reviews were up and down so I took it upon myself to check them out myself and I was glad I did. They staff knew who I was when I walked through the door and everyone was very friendly there. The service was great and they were willing to answer any questions that I had. Other than the X-ray machine not taking the pictures of my teeth the 1st time(lol), this was a pleasant visit and I’ll be back for my follow up in 6 months

The people that worked on my teeth was nice throughout the whole process I enjoyed coming.

Inexperienced staff. Quality of work is poor. They canceled my appointment for a crown at last minute for bogus reason and without full explanation when asked. I suggest you conduct a thorough research including BBB complaints before choosing to have dental work performed.

This place is absolutely horrible.Been trying for 2 1:2 weeks to get my dental exrays and still haven’t received them. No one is ever available to help! I will never recommend this place and that’s why I’m changing dentist!

Sooo much better experience this time. They were gentle and not too rough and explained to me my next best options. I’m excited to go back for my next treatment.

My first visit to The Smile Company was a huge success. From check in to getting my root canal they made it painless. They have a very inviting atmosphere and they made me feel at ease. My insurance worked great with them better than most dental places I’ve been too. That with their excellent service and very skilled staff makes me extremely happy and grateful I chose The Smile Company as my new Dentist!

I literally pulled in their parking lot and called the number on their sign one day after work after having a horrible abcess tooth for weeks. They saw me less than 15 minutes later, told me what it would cost me to get it pulled that day, and pulled it. An hour later I left with my problem resolved and a prescription for antibiotics and pain. The ladies who worked there were very friendly and made sure I wasnt having issues with anxiety and talked to me until the dentist had a chance to attend to me. They were my heroes that day. Would recommend to anyone experiencing tooth pain. Update: Went back today to get another cleaning. The hygienist is the funniest and most friendly person ever, and makes the whole experience so much better!

Danielle was amazing!!! Made the whole experince a much better one vs what i was expecting. She will be my go to from now one for sure.

Everyone at the office is amazing. They are always super fast and helpful.

I really enjoyed my visit. It's been almost 15 plus years since being at a dentist outside of an emergency visit and they made me feel like it was only yesterday. From the inviting entrance and receptionist, the cleanliness and updated look, as well as the service I received and the tec and doctor treating me. I look forward to my visit back and know it'll be a good one.

I went in about 2 years ago due to a tooth ache on the bottom left side of my mouth. I was told that a piece of one of my fillings had come out. They recommended I have it replaced, along with every filling I currently have in my mouth stating they were old (to the tune of like $4K-$6K). So, I went ahead and had the broken filling replaced, as well as the one in the tooth directly next to it. First, Dr. Ashley was not very personable at all; and when she numbed my mouth, she kept shaking my jaw every time she injected me with another shot of Novocain, which I have never experienced before in my life. It literally took months before the swelling in my left cheek went down and back to normal. In addition, after replacing my fillings she cautioned me that she had to go deep into my tooth and close to the nerve so “I might need to have a root canal” in the future. A week later I had to go back in to have the fillings leveled because they were uneven and making it impossible for me to chew properly, once again she seemed equally perturbed. Honestly, my intuition felt off about the entire experience, but I disregarded it and kept it moving. Ironically, I have still had continuous sensitivity/pain in that same tooth ever since having the filling replaced. Lastly, fast forward to now, the pain was becoming intolerable whenever I bite down on anything on that side of my mouth, so I decided to see a different dentist about the pain this time. Long story short, I was told that BOTH teeth with the replacement fillings (done by The Smile Company) are expanding when I bite down which is causing both teeth to crack and that is what’s causing my pain. NOW, I need to have crowns put on both of those teeth to stop the splitting! I should have done more research, instead of being eager to support a BOB! Personally, I would not recommend this place to anyone. They seem to be all about the Benjamin’s, instead of doing quality and ethical work. Additionally, I did not tell my new dentis

The dentist dismissed me when I was having trouble breathing, from allergies, lying flat for work to be done. Very short and unkind.
