I cannot express my gratitude and admiration enough toward Dr. Johnson and his staff. I was very scared to start this journey but every step of the way I was treated with so much care & attention to detail. They went out of their way to make me feel comfortable thru every procedure. Once I made it to the final step and had my new smile they celebrated along with me with hugs, cheers & smiles. Being a patient of Dr. Johnson is not only having an amazing team to make sure your are healthy from a dental stand point it is like having an extended family. They changed not only my smile but my life. I smile and laugh more now than I ever have. My life has became happier and more fulfilled. God bless all of you!

Nicole is amazing. She works with you if something makes you uncomfortable. Dr Liebhart gentle hands make getting teeth pulled a pleasure. Update 2022: Neighbor Bob had an unusual experince. According to his profile he is extremely hard to please. Maybe needs to try a life coach... anyways, Dr Hands? Still pleasurable as always, all the girls are all smiles and always willing to help, even with last minute name spellings. Everyone there is great. Shaved knuckles are a nice touch.

I haven't been to a dentist in years, I never liked going to them. As soon as I walked in I felt at ease and welcomed. I was seen on an emergency basis and had a tooth extracted. Dr. Huntiger was so amazing, he made sure I was comfortable, and we'll taken care of. The entire team was super friendly and nice to me. I will definitely be returning whenever I need to be seen by a dentist.

A year and a half ago. My wife Imelda and I moved to the area just NW of Moberly Mo. We have been using Smile dental since we got here. I am sorry to say, and have had nothing but trouble with their service thus far. Today I had one of my simple two cleanings a year scheduled with Dr. LieBart I believe. When I went back the dental assistant wanted to take X-rays. I told her that I was not a fan of any unnecessary ionizing radiation. To which she was adamant that I get an X-ray. She had me go sit in the dental chair and speak to the Dr. Liebhart. I told him my radiation concerns, and he said it was "against the law" for him to do a simple cleaning on my teeth without an X-ray. To that I say please give me the case number of that law, as I allege that to be not true. He said that they needed it to discern what level of cleaning I may need. I told him just the basic one, and he would not do it without the X-ray. I told him that I had been to several Dentists in the past (which I have) that had no problem cleaning my teeth without an X-ray. Then Dr. arrogant told me that maybe I should go to one that does that, because he would not do it. So I gladly obliged by calling the office and having my wife's and my dental records transferred to O'Laughlin Dental. Who when I called said they understood my concerns and would clean our teeth without an X-ray. A year or so ago my wife went to Smile who extracted several teeth. They also told her she had like bad gum disease and needed some high dollar cleaning per quadrant. We opted to go back to our old Dentist in Bethany Mo. Who after inspecting her teeth, told us that she just needed a simple cleaning and her gums looked great! The tooth that Smile Dental wanted to extract, our old Dentist gave her some antibiotics and was able to save it. Also Smile Dental's prices were over twice of our old Dentist office, so it always pays to shop around. There have also been scheduling problems as well. In summation if you like high prices

ALWAYS GETTING THE BILL WRONG. WE CANCELLED OUT DENTAL INSURANCE AND THEY GAVE US A DISCOUNT ON THE LAST BILL. WE PAID "INFULL". BUT GOT A BILL. THEY SENT IT THROUGH INSURANCE AND NOW SENDING US A BILL TO PAY THE DISCOUNTED AMOUNT. HOW QUICKLY YOU FORGOT. I WANT MANAGEMENT TO READ THIS AND SEND US A 0 BILL. I HAVE TRIED ALL DAY TO CALL AND I GET VOICEMAIL AND YES IT IS BUSINESS HOURS. GOT TRANSFERRED TO JAN AND GUESS WHAT> HER MAIL BOX WAS FULL. NOT WAY TO CONTACT YOU AT ALL TODAY. PLEASE MARK MY BILL O....

My husband and I have had amazing experiences here, DrJohnson and the staff are super super friendly, professional and skilled! I was so blessed to find a dental establishment that provides up to date training, machinery/technology & education to the entire staff, AND still have that small town friendliness! Really wish I knew about Smile Dental years ago.

Smile Dental has exceptional customer service, facilities, and staff members. Their care and urgency for you is optimal and professional. I recently finished my Invisalign experience and their attention to detail was beyond my expectations. Their staff was always friendly, welcoming, and ready for you whenever you walked in. I would recommend Smile Dental to anyone in the area!

Told my family on phone no mask would be required, came for appointment and the story changed. Plenty of health professionals out there who respect your decision. Get this, because of the ventilation system they say a mask needs to be worn... but its taken off as soon as you get in the chair. Seriously.... its a game to these people.

Wasted my time. They're more concerned about the illusion of health than helping others. Go somewhere that respects your medical freedom of choice!

Went today for an extraction and it was the best dental experience I've ever had.!

I had a tooth pulled at Smile Dental today. Everybody there was very nice and friendly. I will definitely be going back there again! Highly recommend!

BEWARE! Unfortunately I went to smile dental for about 7 or 8 years. Every 6 months for a cleaning and evaluation. (approximately 2010-2017) Like clock work each trip ending in root canals, and then crowns. Between my wife and I we spent tens of thousands of dollars at smile dental on dental work I believed we needed. On my last appointment with Dr. Liebhart my treatment plan AFTER insurance was about $5000 worth of dental work which had became normal at Smile. Decided to get a 2nd opinion. 2nd dentist fixed me up for about $200. Almost 3 years later with a new dentist I've spent zero dollars with him. Just a cleaning and thats it. I was not going to write a bad review about Smile Dental until 3 months ago I was sent to an oral surgeon in JC. I had 3 of the root canals Smile Dental did FAIL. The surgeon said it was due to broken drill bits in roots and Liebhart missing one of the roots completely. My wife has had the same problems as well. What a nightmare. Please consider another dental provider.

They are always friendly and you get in right away. The dentist is easy to talk and makes sure he's taking care of the problem the first time. Insurance or No Insurance they work with you on finances.

At first I thought the service was overrated, but then I called to schedule an appointment, and I went in. The whole process ran smoothly, and the service was fantastic. I highly recommend Smile Dental.

Excellent place for all your dental needs!!

I'm generally extremely against dentist, but this was one of the best experiences I've ever had medically- not just dentally. The follow up and post procedural care was fantastic.
