I never waited more than 15 minutes. The staff is always friendly and very professional. The dentist is the best I ever had. Dr. Beard is the only dentist that has given me shots and I not feel them. I know most people wont believe this, but he has fixed or pulled several of my teeth with me not feeling the shots, even the ones in the front. There receptionist work with us and helped us with all my family needs. She work hard to meet our needs and keep us in the know on everything we needed. They saved us thousands of dollars doing my daughter braces and my partials. Dr. Beard kept my daughter from having several teeth pulled in order to get braces according to what other dentist said.. Dr Beard didn’t pull any of her teeth and her braces were only on half the time compared to the amount of time the other dentist said she would need them.Her teeth are perfectly straight I would recommend this dentist to anyone looking for a dentist.

Always have had longer than a 30 minute wait every time we’ve come here. On top of that, the staff is rude and unwilling to work with what we need. Do not come here. Would give it a zero if I could.

I took all three of my kids there, hardly ever had to wait more than fifteen minutes. Always enjoy the friendly people. My commute is an hour and definitely worth the drive with the very reasonable prices.

I've put up with it for about my whole life, and I hope this lets more people know. About 9 times out of 10 that I come here I'm always waiting at least an hour in the waiting room(for an appointment a make a month and a half in advance), with that being said (and that is horrible customer service by the way) I'm also still coming here for braces I was supposed to have off in nine months. (It'll be three years in August) I hope this review helps you change the way you do business or let's others know of the pain everyone experiences here.
