I went in for a cleaning and they quoted me nearly $1300(out of pocket after insurance) worth of work and 4 appointments. Ten fillings, crowns, deep cleanings, etc. I then went to another well known dentist in the Ozark area for a second opinion. After looking at X-rays from copper creek along their own x-rays and getting multiple opinions from others in the office it was decided that I did not need anything more than a couple sealants and a cleaning. Total # of appointments: 1. Total out of pocket expense: $0 I can't believe that I almost spent $1,300 on dental work that was not needed. Not to mention the time off work and the pain/discomfort I would have experienced. I would not go to copper creek again. Update 2023: I still have all my teeth with no issues

This office is very nice, the staff is friendly and they are so good with my kids. My son is going here to get braces and he feels so comfortable with the dentist now. He’s not afraid at all. They have even had to numb him with a shot and pull some baby teeth that wouldn’t come out. I’d give this place 10 stars if I could.

Dr Jacoby is #1 on my list. The staff got me an appointment quickly. He listened while I explained the problems I was having with the dentures which were made very recently (by another dentist). Before his assistant made a mold for a new denture, Dr Jacoby took facial measurements something of which I had never had done. The finished product was gorgeous and fit the implants so perfectly I didn't even have to return for an adjustment. And the bite perfectly matches my original bite. Thank you Dr. Jacoby & staff. I am forever grateful to you all. Overall best experience with medical/dental I've had in a long time.

I wish I could give 10 STARS! Dr. Jacoby and his entire staff are absolutely phenomenal! Not only are they very affordable, but they go out of their way to ensure you are completely comfortable and happy. They have even gone so far as staying after hours not once, but TWICE for me, just to make sure I was properly taken care of. I will never go anywhere else. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!

Just finishing my Invisalign treatment with Copper Creek! The staff and Dr. Jacoby were always kind and encouraging through the whole treatment, and Dr. Jacoby was very clear and conservative with his estimate of how long it would take, so I'm excited to be finishing up slightly ahead of schedule! If I could give more stars than 5, I would. I have been going to Copper Creek for a few years. From cleanings to more major issues I have had with my crowns(20+ years old) Dr Jacoby has been wonderful. He takes the time with each patient and always explains the options. He does not pressure any procedures but just makes recommendations and gives the options with pricing. He got me in for a visit on short notice when I was in pain. The dental assistants are also amazing! I highly highly recommend Dr Jacoby!!!

My dental hygienist Devon is so knowledgable and kind about advice on how to take care of my teeth to prevent future inflammation and bone loss.
