First time at Innovative Dental, they were able to fit me in for a cleaning, and did a great job.

Very nice staff, got dentures through them the top fit perfect, but honestly I don't think the bottom teeth were even supposed to be mine.. gap in between the gum and dentures. Pinches and after going back like 3 times to get them adjusted. I just got wrapped up in life and never got them completely fixed. Haven't wore them in over a year. Have attempted using soft lining, ect they still hurt to bad to wear unfortunately.

I started my Invisalign process yesterday & I was very pleased with the process. Haley was extremely personable & it was obvious that she wanted to make my experience a positive one. Haley took the time to make sure I understood the process & to contact her if I had future questions or issues. The facility is very impressive & all the staff that I have interacted with have been cheerful & helpful. I highly recommend!

From beginning to the end results, the professionalism and oral care knowledge is top notch! My teeth are beautiful and I’ve received compliments on my “million dollar” smile! 😁

The staff were beyond accommodating and genuine. Teresa made sure I was comfortable every step of the way. Including staying after closing hours to help me find a suitable financial arrangement and fit me in their busy schedule for urgent treatment. I will start by saying I have terrible dental anxiety, and I left here feeling very well taken care of and more excited get my other teeth fixed. I came in to get a tooth extracted and a bone graft, and Dr Gray and Haley helped ease all anxiety by answering all my questions and making sure I understood the entire process. They made sure i felt comfortable and continuously asked if I was doing okay during my appointment. Turns out the dentist isn’t so bad after all!

More upsetting than the extraordinary lack of professionalism is the genuine violation of my trust as a patient to my care provider. It is not my intent to be goolish, but it is important to me that people understand the depth of which this level mismanagement of care and general disregard can quickly spiral into. It is my hope to help others avoid such devasting yet very much avoidable misfortune. Warning: Some may find this content to be distrubing. At my first visit; the dental hygenenist was scheduled to do my biannual cleaning, and the dentist was updating 2 crowns. Naturally, I assumed my cleaning would be done, and then the procedure would follow. After being numbed in a normal dentistry room, I was taken to an unfinished cosmetics room upstairs. The room was literally only 80-90% finished with construction. The two crowns were then pulled off in the unfinshed room because the vacuum system in the dental offices was not working. This gave me a mirror view of the procedure via the extremely large nonworking ceiling mounted tv. This was a difficult experience for me and I am confident that many people would have been unable to witness themselves have their mouth locked open with a block and two people hoovering over you working inside your mouth with cutting tools and small pry bars. As soon as the crowns were off, a hygenist quickly came in and pulled me out of that room and informed me she was going to do my cleaning right then. I was then led down the busy hallways of the business, unable to speak clearly or feel my swollen lips or the large voids created by the unfinished medical procedure I was still in the middle of. All of this is taking place while I am still under the influence of the prescription drugs they injected me with. Once being led back down the busy hallways and stairs to another room, she water picked and hurriedly polished my teeth in about 15 minutes. Innovative is overall a great experience! As someone who doesn’t like the dentist, they make it so fun and not stressful. You get out of the car and there is music playing. They also have fun drinks (coffee, smoothies, milkshakes) and cookies! It really makes the whole experience so much better! Their staff are all super kind and knowledgeable. Highly recommend
