She saw $ when she looked at my teeth, over ,, 40 years of dental and she just wanted me to continue putting useless time and $ in to them, again, and again and again, worthless doctor.

I had an emergency situation and was in severe pain with an abscessed tooth. Receptionist told me I couldn’t get in until next week!!! I had to go to Urgent Care for antibiotics and found an amazing emergency dental clinic in South County. I was able to get in the same day I called. How does any dentist allow a patient suffer for a week? I’m done.

I been 25 years in stlouis never had any issues with my teeth I went to this office to get a deep cleaning done that was in march since that day I been having issues with my teeth very unprofessional after treatment nobody explained to me anything about side effects or what to do if I experience any issues it was waist of money and time

This review is for a phone call I just made to this business. The woman who answered the phone at 11:30 on 5/21/20 was incredibly awful. The first thing she said to me was a rude “we close in 30 minutes”- sounding very annoyed. There are no hours listed, so, how could I have known that!? I have an emergency and am in a lot of pain or else I would not be calling during the pandemic. She offered an appointment in June, and I can’t wait that long. I understand that with covid-19 there are a lot of changes, but she rushed me off the phone as if I were an extreme inconvenience. I called another place and while they couldn’t see me, they were extremely nice and referred me somewhere else. A bit of kindness goes a LONG way.

I needed a new dentist as I was not happy with the one that took over for my long time dentist that retired. Dr. Tea is wonderful and her staff. Very personable and up front about issues. Was very comfortable and I’m looking forward to my next check up! I walked in filled out papers and I went right back. Small practice and I really like that.
