I have been a patient of Dr. Michael Rheme for 21 years. Even though I travel from Western Franklin County, close to 1 1/2 hours, it is well worth it. All of the staff are consistently professional, efficient and friendly. They genuinely care about their patients dental health and provide excellent quality of care. I couldn't ask for a better dental team. Lucky for his patients, the addition of Dr. Rheme's son Michael Rheme, continues the tradition of high quality care through a multi generational partnership. I feel very fortunate to be a patient at Rheme Dental care.

I highly recommend these dentists! Dr. Michael removed all the mercury fillings and my health immediately improved within 3 weeks. I am no longer on thyroid medication or any medication. This is a great biological dentistry office if are looking for answers about possible causes of what might be negatively affecting your health. I had headaches for at least 6 years, the pain was terrible and I couldn’t figure out what was causing them. I heard one day that root canals could be affecting my health and I realized that I had a root canal about 10 years ago and it might be the cause of my almost-daily headaches. Dr. Rehme removed my root canal and it healed so fast with the ozone treatment and platelets. Best part - no more headaches!!

Dr. Rehme and his staff have been REMARKABLE! Truly, I do NOT hesitate to say "He and my MD together gave me my life back"! I have been a patient of his for 10 years. My MD referred me to him after she did A 24-hr urine analysis on me for heavy metal toxicity and found that my mercury levels were off the chart. (Prior to seeing her I had suffered a seizure, and had constant battles with my thyroid and finally had my thyroid removed. I was going down a rabbit hole of illness) She said she would only recommend Dr. Rehme for safe amalgam filling removal. Upon arriving at their office, I was greeted by his very caring staff, and Dr. Rehme walked me through the procedure I would undergo, and eased my fears and anxiety. He replaced the amalgam fillings. After that, I underwent chelation for any heavy metals still remaining in my body. I am ecstatic to say after these procedures that I AM BACK TO FULL HEALTH! No better words than that, to be BACK TO FULL HEALTH! I have returned bi-annually for check-ups, cleanings, x-rays and they even got me in on short notice for a chip in a tooth. I accidently incurred. Each visit, I am met with professional caring people and I AM THANKFUL!

I chose to use Rehme Dentistry because I want all of the heavy metals removed from my dental work! Upon meeting Dr. Rehme, he and his staff very patiently assessed my current dental health all the while explaining standards and where I fell in those standards. After a comprehensive examine they came up with a plan to meet my needs. They explained the fees and expectations which I felt fell in line as a normal fee! Two years later one of the crowns they had replaced broke. They worked me in immediately and replaced it right away free of charge! Dr. Rehme's approach to dentistry is kind and informative. His office is warm and inviting. Not only did I get my dental issues resolved but he gave many helpful pointers on the relationship between the health of our teeth and our body. I highly recommend his practice.

I came here to get some fillings and a crown. Jr was in a rush and should slow down. I’m left with an open bite and rough interproximals ( food gets trapped constantly and floss gets shredded). The impression for my crown prep and bite was taken BEFORE my fillings were to be milled back to original height and shape leading to my new crown to have all anatomy ground to a flat block. I informed him of this but he just seemed to be in a hurry and shrugged it off. I’ll have to go to a qualified dentist to fix this. Also I don’t know why they mentioned Dr. Weston A . Prices book in my consultation, because no one there practices, implements, or suggests Dr Prices theories to maintain healthy teeth. Very elementary services here I’d go elsewhere

This practice is the best. I was in St. Louis this past weekend and had a tooth pain but was miles and miles from home. They were so nice and accommodating to get me in to their office. If was anywhere to this shop i would come back again.

Dr. Rehme was amazing. I had my permanent retainer fall out. Got an appointment within a couple days. Got my teeth cleaned and fitted for a new retainer. The service was excellent and everyone was very kind and welcoming. I really appreciate him being able to see me on such short notice. I would recommend Dr. Rehme to anyone. Thank you!

I decided to go here because they consider holistic practices, for example, they do not use amalgam. Myself and my son had a cleaning along with many unnecessary x-rays. I was told my son had seven cavities. No one would go over the x-rays with me no one showed me where these cavities were I was shocked he had so many because we brush very well. I felt very rushed and wasn’t getting a normal breakdown of our visit and I was very concerned about my child. They scheduled my son for three separate visits along with many numbing injections and the cost was absolutely outrageous. I went and got a second opinion to find that this was absolutely untrue. My son only had one cavity, a tooth that was chipped and three previous fillings that had broken. Only cost about $350 to get all these things taken care of and in one visit. No numbing cream was necessary. I shared x-rays and the breakdown of where all the supposed cavities were with the other dentist and they had every chance to take advantage as well but they told the truth and said that they did not see any of the things that they were charging us for. The majority was very unnecessary. A lot of pain that my kid would have to go through that was unnecessary.This dentist is making a living off of lying to their customers. I’m sure I am not the 1st. Adding unnecessary procedures to a child in order to make a bigger bill for the mother. This is shameful and they should be ashamed of themselves. I previously recommended a friend and she is canceling her appointment. I’ll be sure to spread the news of this business. I was assuming I could trust what these so-called professionals were telling us. They’re making their living on unsuspecting customers.

full disclosure, I am a person who had not been to a dentist in over 16 years due a very traumatic experience at my last 'dentist'. Dr.Rehme and his amazing staff have restored my faith in modern dentistry. Not only are they compassionate and extremely professional, they actually CARE about your overall well being, not just taking care of your teeth (which alot of people dont seem to realize that your dental health affects your overall health). In every aspect of what they do, they take great strides to explain to you what is going on and the benefit you can expect from it, why you need to do the various things they recommend (often its to help alleviate an issue you are having and most dont realize its usually linked to something in your mouth), your COMFORT and peace of mind are at the forefront of everything they do. My mouth was an absolute wreck and I was probably headed for tooth loss and worse prior to seeing the team at Rehme dental. Now I love my smile, my overall health is as good as its ever been and Im a much happier person. Everyone in that office from Dr.Rehme, Dr.Michael, the wonderful folks at the front desk, my absolute FAVORITE hygenist of ALL time Sylvia, ALL of the assistants and everyone involved with that practice are absolutely amazing people and I consider them like family now. Visiting them 2 years ago was the best decision I ever went through with (thanks to my wife as well for taking the initiative to make the first appointment for me). I've been dealing with systematic health problems for the last 6 years (Lyme and related infections). Dr. Rehme is able to assist my Doctor with necessary dental procedures. I will continue to use Rehme dental for all my family's needs. Dr. Rehme can also refer to some of the best md's in St. Louis. His network is vital to getting your health back. Oh my gosh! I just had two cavities in two teeth filled by Dr. Rehme (my first appointment with him) using a laser and NO Novocain! No needles, no anesthesia and it only took me about five minutes to get used to it (it felt so different without being numb!) - there was no pain! His assistant was so brilliant at wielding the water and the suction I never felt like I was drowning or choking - (which I always consider a usual experience… ) It just felt so easy and fast! And Dr. Rehme is SO kind, gentle - and fast! – he let me know how it was going, how much longer it would take as he went along, so I felt really connected to the process instead of wondering… I was really nervous when I came in - and by a quarter of the way through I wasn’t afraid anymore! By the second tooth, I was totally relaxed and nearly zoned out while he was doing the whole process! I’d worried about this for a week and it was just incredibly satisfying… thank you to the whole wonderful office!

We love Dr Rehmes office! His staff is so kind and so was Dr Rehme Jr which is who did my daughters crown and a filling. She’s very nervous about the dentist but he was able to keep her calm. It was nice finding a dentist that knew what he was doing after being to two others previous that seemed clueless. Thank you guys

Dr. Rehme is an exceptionally well qualified biological dentist who treats the whole person and not just the teeth! Been with him for several years and all treatments & teeth cleaning have been excellent. Highly recommended!

An accidental root canal lead me to have an infection in my jaw and eight surgeries. I had stitches in my mouth for over 8 months of the last 2 years, have felt depleted, depressed, angry, anxious and overall extremely traumatized. The previous surgeon I worked with was interested in my holistic perspective to dentistry and attempted all the things I wanted done but failed, miserably. I had seven surgeries with him, including extraction, cavitation surgery, multiple rounds of bone graphing and skin graphing, and finally a zirconia implant. During one of the surgeries a piece of my jaw was knocked loose and he screwed it together with a screw. Well I had a biocompatibility test done before we started and found I was allergic to alluminum and nickel. He used a screw that had alluminum and my body went into a hyperactive response. This caused nerve damage that spans from my jaw, neck, shoulder and down my left arm. I felt light headed everytime I stood, it created TMJ, ringing in my ears, balance issues and the list of horrible side effects never ended. I felt like my body was dieing. After all I went through, my implant was failing do to the trauma it had received from the screw and the cap getting stuck (another saga of torture I endured). I literally lived a nightmare for 2 years having surgeries every 2 months and then trying to recover in the in-between while still being a Mother, wife, friend, keeping my business going, etc. I knew I didn't want to go back to the previous surgeon who failed so miserably. I found 3 top surgeons and had consultations which each of them (there went another $1000). And still was struck with anxiety every night, not sleeping and feeling so traumatized. It was very late one night where I stumbled across Dr. Rehme's website, and mainly his reviews/testimonies. I read testimony after testimony and knew as soon as I woke up I had to call. It gave me both terror and comfort knowing there were others suffering as much as me and that Dr.
