St Louis Hills Dental Group

I had one of my bi-annual cleanings with St. Louis Hills Dental Group today. I had Tammy as my dental hygienist. Tammy was polite, friendly and made a conscious effort to get to know me as an actual person and not just another client in her chair for the next hour. I cannot recommend Tammy and the staff at St. Louis Dental Group enough.

I have been visiting them since 2014 but the staff changed and the service is not good anymore. I will find a new place to go. The staff is not friendly and because of their mistake, I have to pay the fee in my pocket even though the insurance covers the visit. Remember due to their mistake, you will be threatened for the collection by the staff.

Being a first time dental patient at this office, I was impressed with their customer service and the hands on treatment that I received. Everyone was courteous and friendly from the moment I arrived until I left. Everything was explained to me and that I had a good understanding before any procedure was done.

My experience has been phenomenal! Dr. Clark and his team are amazing! They are always nice, friendly, and welcoming. I also love the fact that he does general dentistry and orthodontics. Two in one you can’t beat. I’d highly recommend STL Hills Dental for anyone!

Wonderful care from Jess and Dr. Clark. The team is always pleasant, courteous and competent.

Hygienist Jess is baller. Dr. Clark extra baller. In and out in under 45 minutes. Can’t beat that.

Received good service for a year. Switched dental insurance in October. Scheduled a crown using the new insurance, was told it was in plan and would be around $800 with insurance. Procedure went well, then received a claim denial from my insurance. Major procedures on hold for 1 year. $1800 out of pocket, asked to be paid immediately. I understand that I should have been aware that my new dental insurance had a hold on major procedures, but I had been told it was covered and now I am out over $1000 due to ill timing of a much needed procedure. I am very disappointed by this experience but hope that others will learn that this can easily happen to them.

Dr. Kahn & Dr. Clark are great, and all the staff my family & I have interacted with are very nice. No long wait time to be seen either. Would recommend.

Had an emergency appointment today, and honestly it was the best experience I have ever had in dental office. Everyone was friendly, positive, and even-tempered. Every person I interacted with made me feel comfortable and confident, and interacted without judgement. I feel confident that when I go back for a cleaning it will be another good experience. Thanks so much! Update: have now been for my cleaning and a filling— the team here could not be better.
