They do not discuss pricing with you prior to doing work. Charged my wife over 600.00 dollars for a filling on my 5 year old. Would not recommend to anyone ever.

This is not a good dentist for kids. The staff refused to be patient with our 5 year old for her first dental appointment. The staff was extremely rude and demanding. I would not recommend taking children here as the staff is not capable of compassion and understanding.

Dr. Wiele has provided excellent dental care not only for me but several of the referrals I've sent his way as well. He was able to explain and show me, with technology my local dentist did not have, how much my bite was off and causing pain to a molar when I bit down onto it. In just a short time, correcting the bite, relieved the pain. He was able to predict a tooth injured in 2003 was going to become infected as he interpreted the HD CT...and it did about 5 months later. He did excellent reconstructive work with the new front tooth. I continue to travel to St. Louis from Central Iowa twice yearly to have my teeth cleaned with a non-fluoride dentifrice (my request) with a followup inspection by Dr. Wiele.

I have traveled to St Louis from Iowa to have Dr.Wiele reconstruct my teeth after having old root canals and an implant removed. I have absolutely perfect bridges in my mouth now.
