First Impressions Dental

Dr. T is very polite and kind! I have been going to this office for a couple years now. He stays on top of issues and quick to see you if you have an emergency situation. The office staff is soooooo friendly at both locations. I have never had them run late either which is a huge bonus!

I never liked going to the dentist that is until I started going to first impressions dental. Everyone is nice and friendly I look forward to my dentist visits now. I would highly recommend going to first impressions

Great Experience!

Was forced to use a "rinse" before I was seen last Friday, February 25th. It is called Iso-rinse per their office. Friday night my stomach cramped horrible and I then had liquid diarrhea until Saturday late afternoon. Not sure if this was the cause, but I had not changed anything in my diet for this to occur. Speaking of diet: I went in to check about a crown and to discuss the metallic taste in my mouth. I have extremely old fillings (40+ years!). My brother had the same issue with his old fillings and the metallic taste he developed over time. He had to have all of the old fillings replaced, but has not had any metallic taste since! I tried to explain this to the dentist, but he told me it's caused by my diet. He told me the office could discuss food options for me without anything further. Upon a quick google search, the most likely culprit is the old filling eroding where the seal is against the tooth. I did examine foods that could cause this, however many were not applicable to me as I do not have any allergies to any foods. Could it be the cause? Maybe, but not likely! So, my First Impression wasn't great!

Shady billing. Please make sure you get an itemized receipt for your procedure .They will say you did not pay and turn over to collectors. I pulled up my bank statement with my payment and I will see them in court!

The staff are very nice. They care about your well being as well as the cost of your options that you have for your care. Making sure that you get what you need as well as what you can afford. Would recommend to anyone.

I didn’t even get to set up an appointment. I am pregnant and my insurance provider is healthy blue through medicaid and it covers all dental care. This office doesn’t accept state insurance & I need urgent dental care.

Let me start with its been 20+ years since I went to a dentist, at 28 yes I had a bad dentist hurt me and I have avoided dentist like the virus. Now almost 50 yrs old I don't have a choice but to find a dentist. I did lots of research, reading reviews looking for comfort and pain free. I choose First Impressions, they lived up to every review. No one shamed me, they were covid safe. No pain, they put together several options for treatment and throughly explained each one the +/- and the cost estimated with my insurance coverage. Even the price was way better than I imagined. So I now have 2 appointments scheduled before the end of the year. I am actually looking forward to going back and starting this journey towards better dental health with First Impressions. Thank you

I got there a half hour ahead of appt, the office people didn't input my info correctly and I had be pushed back. Saw the dentist, told him what tooth was hurting but he insisted he wanted to work on a totally different tooth that would cost me $4000 to "fix". I told him I was an over the Road Trucker so he gave me a prescription for opioids which I returned thinking seriously, do you want to destroy my career, and an antibiotic that gives you diarrhea, even the pharmacist said, WHY? I cancelled my next appt because nobody listens and why would I want to go to a dentist like that.. I would rather be in pain..

**First dentist I ever visited that told me the truth regarding my teeth and Sjogren's Disease. Wish the Dentist I visted last year would have done this before I wiped out my IRA for nothing. **(Another visit later....)Had 2 Wisdom teeth removed and my bottom jaw implants installed. Dr Trezek is so good and he is always teaching his staff, so they're pretty good and can work independently with confidence. He took his time removing the infected wisdom tooth and now, today, I no longer have any pain in my jaw. What a relief!! This is a great dental team and I recommend First Impressions to all my friends. **Had the last oral surgery to extract a mean little wistom tooth and it went great. Didn't need pain pills at all. I don't know how Dr. Terry Trezek learned so much for such a young guy, but he's an expert with the best chair-side touch. Only need my bottom dentures attached to my implants after the extraction heals, and I'm finished. So many years spending days and days in a dentist chair and now the end is in sight. Such a practical dentist that seems to look out for what's best for his clients--not a guy who puts his wallet first!! My dentures fit like gloves with no paste or adhesive needed. No only should you come here, send your family and friends.

Barb is the best! She always makes me as comfortable as possible even in this pandemic! Dr Trezek is also the best! He never rushes through the exam & makes sure if any issues are taken care of! Wish I would of found this dental office alot sooner than I did!

Couldn’t ask for a better dentist. He lives up to all of his great reviews. I finally found my family dentist and if you give him a chance I’m sure you would too. I highly recommend Dr Trezek, (especially for people that don’t like going to the dentist). Give him a try, you won’t be disappointed.

Dr Terry and his team were amazing. They were able to get me in for a routine check up in O’Fallon and then immediately back at this location for 4 wisdom teeth removal prior to my flight home in a few days. The entire procedure, including two fillings, took less time than my wait at the pharmacy for my prescription. I’d go back if I had a location closer to home.

I think I received the most thorough cleaning I ever gotten and I'm pretty old. The tech really took the time to I'm sure give me the best cleaning I've ever had. This was my 1st cleaning here and I'm looking forward to many more. Thank you again, Jerome.

Friendly & professional staff! I felt like they definitely knew what they were doing & they made me feel as comfortable as possible while I was there! Plus they gave me great info for the future appointments! I would definitely recommend!!!

The staff at first impressions is of the highest quality, caring, and very professional is how I would describe them, and Dr.Trezek is fantastic, one of the very best around. I would highly recommend them.

I feel very fortunate to have First Impression Dental here in Troy, MO. (they also have an office in O'Fallon, MO) The staff are very skilled, thorough and kind. I've never been disappointed. They make going to the dentist as pleasant as possible. I wouldn't change. Twice in recent years they've gotten me in for sort of an emergency (toothache) and saved me a lot of suffering. They are just really good people.

I loved comming to this dentist from the very first time I walked into their office. They are always so friendly and they always so patient when explaining the procedures and payments with me.

Dr. Trezek was very thorough and all the staff were friendly and very knowledgeable.
