Very nice, clean office with wonderful staff as well. If you need a dentist, in fact even if you already have one you probably want to go visit these people. They will take care of you.

Aspen Dental in Washington, Mo. 5+ stars for everything about them. All of their staff, professional, knowledgeable, courteous, friendly. The new dentures I got from them are perfect. The look, the fit, and I have not had to go back even once for them to adjust anything with them. I highly recommend Aspen Dental to everyone. Thank you all so very much.

Poor quality service. After waiting for one and a half hours to see the main dentist - not the DA or hygienist - for a check up, she literally poked at my gums four times in different spots then told me I needed a root canal and then a tooth crown. I didn't and still do not experience any pain in my teeth or gums plus the x-rays were not perfect because they were blurred as if someone without a steady hand took them. This is my first "new patient" visit to this practice. It should be noted, when my wife came in for her first "new patient" visit, she experienced the same non-quality service and was advised she needed a crown, which she got and it fell out two hours after leaving then had to get it fixed the next day. It should be noted she had a impeccable dental record at the time of her visit as well and was not in pain. I'm not saying this place might be advising patients of needing services they do not need to make money, which is fraudulent and illegal. But I am saying that after the "dentist" says you need work done and does not explain anything any further and gets the consultation lady to talk numbers who pushed for additional services then rushes to get a final price in front of you - that's fishy to say the least. To whoever reads this, please go get a second opinion from another dentist. Hey Aspen Dental corporate responder, no I will not call to talk about it. Just be better.

I'm very thankful for Destiny the dental assistant and Dr D'Souza I had the most pleasant experience they took very good care of me and we're very thorough and help me to have the most beautiful smile you could have and the teeth fit perfectly and I'm very pleased and I wanted to tell anyone that they would enjoy coming here thank you and goodbye.

I was pleasantly impressed with the quality of care I received from Aspen Dental. Everyone was professional , knowledgeable and they were very attentive and accommodating to my dental care needs.

Took time off work to take my son to get some caps on his teeth repaired. 1.5 hrs later we have to schedule another appointment the next day. Now I have to take another day off. We should have received treatment the same day the 1st appointment was scheduled. Very dissatisfied

Worst dental office I’ve ever been at. Spent over 2 hrs at the office for a check up and never ended up getting my teeth cleaned.

The entire staff was courteous and very attentive to our needs. Went above and beyond to explain the procedures and what to expect. Dr was very to the point and caring she did not sugar coat things like most do.

Dr. Desai is a ROCKSTAR!! She made me feel comfortable and is very informative. I can tell she truly cares. I was a little anxious due to some childhood dental trauma but I felt at ease with her. I found my new dental home for life!

I had the absolute best experience with Dr. Desai! She was very patient with me and made me feel comfortable. I’m typically anxious when I visit the dentist, but not this time around. I’m very thankful that she was able to enhance my smile! Definitely will be returning, 10/10 experience!
