Monticello Dental Care

This is an utter non-sense front desk. They took insurance and didn't even say what is covered and not covered. After simple annual cleaning, they say that it is out of network and pay 100s of dollars! Why would anyone in the world would go for simple cleaning to out of network dentist! And the front desk lady simply says 'I'm sorry that I didn't inform you the coverages and pay 100s'. Update - It was brought to Dr's attention and he waived off the fee. I appreciate they acknowledged the issue and handled it gracefully. Updated the review to 5

Dr. Deijti and his team are always the "best there is" in customer service and expertise in dental care. Twenty plus years experience under their care. I would never go anywhere else.

I have been a patient of Dr. D for about 6 years and at first, everyone at the office was nice and kind, I kind of thought is was fake and only b/c I was a new patient, NOPE. Every time I go, everyone is so kind and truly concerned about any tooth related problems. This couldn't be more evident than this past weekend. For the past week, I have been having severe tooth pain, the type that kept me up at night. Finally, on Friday, when I only got an hour of sleep, I called his office at 7am on Saturday and left a message on the after-hours recording. I didn't expect much, maybe a call back later that day stating to take some paid meds and they would see me on Monday. But NO. Dr. Dejti called me back 15 minutes later and told me to meet me at his office in 30 minutes. It should be stated, the office is closed on the weekends. So I drive to the office at 7:45am on Saturday and he, and one of his employees, greet me at the door and were so kind and truly cared about the pain I was in. I spent about 2 hours with them and they never made me feel like I was taking away their weekend plans. The doctor identified the problem and came up with a game plan that allowed me to actually get some great sleep that night. So happy. I have been to plenty of dentists where the first thing they wanted to do is the most expensive, not Dr. D. When I walked in Saturday morning, I was all ready to have a root canal or an extraction but Dr. D identified a no-cost solution that he thought it was from muscle pain from grinding my teeth at night. I was skeptical at first but I followed his advice and 24 hours later...NO PAIN AT ALL!! If you are looking for a dentist that cares about you, your happiness and not how much money the dentist can make from you, see Dr. Dejti, you won't be disappointed and I could not be happier. Oh, and every time I go for a scheduled visit, I never spend more than an hour. They will get you in and out. Thank you so much Dr. D!!

A friend referred me to this dental office after moving to the area. She was so pleased and kept telling me how wonderful it is, her entire family has been going here for years. I have had a general dental cleaning, then needed an old crown replaced. Dr. D made sure I was comfortable during the procedure. My new crown is perfectly smooth, excellent fit. All of the staff are very nice and seem to enjoy working together. if you have any questions regarding billing, don't hesitate to ask Sandy. Thankful for this dental office! My husband and I have been treated by Dr D for the last several years. Prior to being treated by Dr D my husband had anxiety about dental offices. That is no longer the case since he started going to Montecello Dental! Dr D is a #1 Dentist! Dr D is very caring, explains every step during treatment and ensures patients are kept comfortable. The office staff gets high kudos as well for the excellent treatment they provide and their pleasant personalities and Sandy at the front desk is Amazing!

Wonderful Dentist! Dr. D is a very kind dentist who really cares about his patients. I am terrified of needles and he is always concerned about my comfort level during any given procedure, and stops to make sure I am doing okay. His shots are near painless he does them so well. Plus, they always fit me in on short notice when I have a tooth issue pop up. The staff is great too. Everyone is always wearing a smile and they really take care to remember your name and face so you feel like a person instead of a number. I highly recommend them!!

My husband and I have been coming to Dr. D for over 10 years now. We even moved houses and have to drive much farther to get to him but have never considered switching. He’s so enjoyable to talk to and has a very caring manner. We have our favorite hygienist, but have liked all of them that we’ve seen. I’m impressed that they regularly add new and advanced screenings. They genuinely want to provide the best care they can. My visits are always relaxing and enjoyable.

Actually am looking for a dentist for my adult son who was referred to Dr Dejtir. I read all your site and your reviews. Sounds like a wonderful practice. I was reading the comment from the the person with no insurance as My son won't have insurance. I'm actually a dental hyg of 35+yrs in another state. People may not be aware but it is not legal to charge a different fee for those with /without insurance. And dental insurance is not always the best ,depending on the policy. But i appreciated the quick response from Dr.Dejtir and how they put the comment in the blog. So i hope AmberAmber gives the office another try...(just had to comment) It seems to be a misunderstanding and I loved how they reached out to correct this .

We love this dentist! Have been going for years and would highly recommend this office.
