Do not recommend unless you plan on sitting in the waiting room for over an hour

Kid was in constant pain. Dr left and another one came in and finished. 30 minute procedure turned into a 4 hour visit. My kid said they mentioned how they messed up. I got to the pharmacy and no one had called in his prescription. I called back to Aspen and they called it in to the wrong location. Had to drive back across town. Garbage experience should have waited to see our dentist. No wonder they had openings.

Very polite stay and worked me in today for an appointment.

I haven't had my teeth cleaned yet, but my dentist had to do some work. He is professional and kind. He told me step by step what he was doing. He told me the why's of my procedure and showed me my bad tooth. His knowledge and bedside manner gives him a 5!

Dr. Chandi is the absolute best! You makes you feel so comfortable and is always super sweet. Highly recommend her office!

Terrible service communication horrible someone quoted a price it was something different and they say sorry for miscommunication no the person did not know her job we sat in there for an 1hr trying to get the quote and she still messed up

Very friendly ,had quite the long wait for what I was in for ,but understandable ,things happen ,I recommend them to ever need dentistry matters.

It was my first time going to this location, and my first experience was awesome! Very nice, they’re all funny haha and very helpful.

Everyone was very pleasant and professional; extremely clean environment. If you are looking for a new dentist, this is the place!

Unorganized & Overbooked My first visit was on opening week, location seem convenient they got me right in, however with some delays and staff not familiar with equipment. I chalked it up to this being a new office. Next visit, lots of delays and similar experiences w/other pushy sales tactics at every turn. You need special toothpaste; you need this that and the other. Was left in the chair for about 30 minutes waiting. Third and final visit, with a 7:30am appointment. On an on-time arrival over 6 people were apparently booked for 7:30am appointments and in line waiting, 4 still standing at the counter. Staff was reported as being some morning meetings no one was taken back until about 7:40. I waited until about 8:05 and decided to leave. They don’t respect the consumers time and appear to overbook. Receptionist was new and not familiar with front desk systems.

Just had my first visit today. I highly recommend. Very professional and caring individuals. Feeling great about my next visit!

They were able to get me an appointment within 48hrs and worked fairly quickly. I had to bring my 2 year old with me and it didn't bother any of the team members at all. They were so kind and understanding. The dentists really listened and explained things well. I really had an a great experience.
