Affordable, professional, kind, empathetic, knowledgeable, and compassionate. Dr. Low even came in on his day off to take care of me. I have extreme fear of dental procedures, the staff here took such tremendous care of me — I had zero anxiety. I HIGHLY recommend Billings West Dental. I’ll never go anywhere else.

Dr Low did it again! He is a miracle worker for sure and for certain! He saved my tooth but in doing so saved three because it was a bridge. Oh my, we thought it was minor but he kept it going until all the decay was gone-this was at the root! He is indeed a miracle worker. Billings and the surrounding community is blessed to have his dental expertise and gentle care. His assistants and office management make something “scary” a wonderful experience. Nothing like the fear of a dentist. The drills, the nasty stuff in your mouth and of course the ominous feeling of doom. When you walk to the dentist door it's the equivalent of walking to the gallows. This is not even close to the case here. (Well the walk up to the door is,but that goes away when you meet them) I had to go in due to a different dentist not finishing my root canal. They got me immediately in and the whole experience was amazing. Sharon was a ray of light and they keep you up to date on every aspect. Trust me you won't feel a thing during your time there either. I am pulling my entire family from my previous dentist and moving them here. From the scheduling through the check in, procedure and billing they were all great. This is a lot coming from me because I believe dentistry was formed from the depths of Hades lair. They are amazing and I definitely recommend

Sharron was amazing made me feel really comfortable when I was really nervous for my first root canal.

Everyone in this dental office is amazing. The staff makes you feel important and like part of the family. Stacy (best hygienist) has even gotten my son to talk and feel comfortable in the chair. The office truly cares for you as a person not a number.

I had a very painful tooth and they got me in that morning I called even though I wasn’t a patient there yet. Everyone was wonderful and my tooth was fixed quickly. I couldn’t be happier. I highly recommend!

Yay! Just got done with my teeth cleaning! It has been 5 years since my last cleaning. No cavities and the dentist was so impressed by how well I take care of my teeth! He said my 5 years looks like most people’s 6 month check up! 36 years old and still only have 2 cavities! Thank you to the incredible staff Billings West Dental! From the reception, to the X-ray tech, dentist and dental assistant, everyone was so kind, attentive and gentle. I’ve always been a bit nervous to go to the dentist and I was so comfortable during the cleaning it helped my anxiety a lot! If you need a new dentist, 10/10 I would recommend! 😁👍🦷🪥

Dr. Low and the staff at Billings West Dental are top notch! They were able to fit me in quickly and put my mind at ease over some jaw pain I was having. I returned a couple weeks later for a cleaning and once again was happy with the service I received. If you’re looking for a dentist…look no further!

My son suffers from anxiety and Dr. Low took great patience to work with him. While others just wanted anesthesia so they could be done faster Dr. Low took his time and made dental visits a positive thing. I was quoted $5,000 for dental work at another practice but Dr. Low was able to give me a quote I could afford. Thank you so much for taking care of us!

Dr. Low and his staff are incredible! Some of our boys tend to build up plaque and calculus more than others, and after our first visit their teeth were cleaner and whiter than I have EVER seen them. They are so thorough! Probably the most thorough hygienists we have ever had! Dr. Low and his staff also create a calm, relaxing culture and environment, which is always great for families. Our whole family now sees Dr. low and we are always met with a smile and friendly faces. They are personable and friendly, but also professional and always make us feel right at home. What a great TEAM! So glad we switched!
