While the dentistry work was exceptional, the front desk service is questionable. I've call numerous times over a 3 day period to try to make a payment on my bill and I go straight to voicemail; I did leave a messages. No one called me back!!! There are at least 3-4 persons working behind the front desk who are not directly assisting patients that could pick up the phone. That's sad! How I know, I've worked for doctors in this position. The phone is key...you could be losing new patients, business!!!! Not to mention that it is very frustrating for the existing patients who may need an emergency appointment.

Great dentist, but terrible staff management.

This dentist office take Medicare insurance & put on people waiting list for emergency or un emergency list for a while definitely depending if people are in tooth pain or need something to be fix or only for cleaning check up regular vist ! I am looking forward to meet him & his dentist staff . The office staff was helpful to me tell me where I cold go different place to check the back of my tooth pain I was having & I got in different place sooner because I was in pain & was on waiting list there .

Love the experience I had. They noticed I was feeling something and stopped and numbed me a little more.

I have went to Alpine Falls for a few years now, my new dentist this year was Dr. Sutherland and assistant Tierra, I've always had anxiety going to a dentist partially due to my age being born in the early 70s when dental practice sucked.Dr Sutherland is the best dentist I've ever had she made me feel calm talked to me thru the procedure best experienceI've had, I no long have anxiety going to a dentist anymore ❤

I recently switched to this dentistry and I am amazed by their level of superior service!! All of the staff is warm, welcoming, friendly, and knowledgeable. They explain every step of the procedure to you as you go and small talk as well to keep your mind at ease, they are quick with getting you into the chair and getting started and everything is very clean! I have had a lot of dentists and they all seemed like strangers after having them for years yet I just changed to Alpine three months ago and already know the staff and dentist so well! Any time you have questions and you call they answer quickly or return your call quickly within an hour and they are great with reminders for appointments and rescheduling if need be!

I am so glad that my previous dentist didn't take my new dental insurance, forcing me to look for a new dentist last year. Due to COVID-19 it took months to get an appointment for a teeth cleaning. It was worth the wait. The staff was so helpful, educational and sweet, even though they were crazy busy. Wait time was no time at all. I, seriously, can't wait for my next visit.

Dr. Sutherland and her assistant did an amazing job on my root canal. Didn’t feel any pain!! Highly recommend them and they are so welcoming and helpful!!

Great service, short wait time! The staff at Alpine is always friendly and positive. Needed to schedule a follow up appointment and was able to get in within 2 weeks.

Had my first cleaning done here. The young lady that done my cleaning was the most kind person I’ve met in years. She was so concerned about my feelings, pain level, comfort. She definitely did a thorough job cleaning.( I don’t remember her name)

Levi and his staff always treat me with the most respect. The girls are always professional and do a fantastic job on my teeth. Since going to Alpine Falls for over 10 years now, my mouth is in the best condition of my life. I highly recommend Levi to all who read this. Fantastic dentist!!

I thought that the staff was very friendly and the hygienist as well. I haven't gotten a follow up appointment yet, they were supposed to call me for a cleaning.

All of the staff has been wonderful at each of my appointments and my children's appointments too. Dr. Maltby is very kind and does a wonderful job of explaining the procedures and options available.
