Stevi, Dental Hygienist, was absolutely fantastic! I’m a nervous wreck when it comes to seeing the dentist but the entire staff at Family Dental took great care of me from the moment I walked in to leaving the door. Stevi and the dentist, Dr. Weymouth, were very personable, kind, and friendly! Stevi walked me through everything she was doing which help with my dentist anxiety! I am happy I was referred here by my coworker and I look forward to seeing everyone at my follow up appointment!

I do not find the dentist to be friendly nor did he make me feel comfortable. My daughter also had a horrible experience with a hygienist being on her phone during her exam, making her nervous as she sat there going back and forth to text. Apparently there was office drama and my daughter heard all about it. Either way, front desk is great, back office not so much.

I do not like the dentist. He has no bed side manner. Not personable at all. I’ve had two cleanings and one filling and every time I go he never says “Hi, how you doing, bye, have a good day” just nothing. I already have horrible anxiety from dentist and he just makes it worse. He doesn’t treat you like a person, just a mouth with money. I’m calling tomorrow to cancel my next cleaning and looking somewhere else to go.

I had been going here since I was a kid. Around 18 years and the last time I went to the dentist he was awful. He was so rude. Had me in tears and didn’t numb my mouth all the way. Said there was no way I could still feel the cold when he tapped my tooth. I wouldn’t recommend going here.

Do NOT use this dental practice. Horrible dentist with no empathy or caring for patients and front office staff that can't even do correct insurance billing. Go somewhere else!! We were charged a processing fee to switch my husband to the primary on the account instead of myself. RIDICULOUS!

I have been using Family Dental Practice for 2 years and 8 visits including cleanings. I have been treated well and received excellent service with great results. The quality of the dental work is on par with the best I have received in over 30 years of dental issues. The standards of the clinic are also the best I have seen, everything is clean, organized and well run. I have been relocated many times and have had dental work performed by a dozen or more dentists, in my experience this practice is among the best.

The staff is friendly, it's very clean and they practice good infection control. They are very prudent about the care, not trying to make you get treatment that you don't absolutely need which I really appreciate. I highly recommend them for the whole family.

the dentist is rude. He isnt understanding and he told me "not to waste his time and hid money" when i was having a full panic attack. I would never come here again. I used to love the dentist, but he honestly made it terrible for me. The hygienist and front desk women that work with him are truly nice and caring. They deserve better than to work with a man that only cares about his pocket and time. I couldnt imagine how he treats his workers if he treated me so horribly.

My experience with the dentist was HORRIBLE!!!! He was unbelievably rude, like I've never experienced before from a professional. I had to ask his assistant what his name was because he never said a word to me when he entered the room. He then told me the severe pain I was feeling was just my sinuses (after pretty much begging for an x-ray, he found it was most definitely a badly decayed tooth). Then when I tried talking to him about my crooked teeth he told me he wasn't interested in my "past problem". After which I explained I was done with HIM. His "BAD" disposition lost him a lot of patients today.

They only accept a few dental insurance plans. I have 2 dental insurance plans. Blue cross federal and we pay extra every month for the nice cigna federal full plan and they don't even accept either! Crazy that this place stays in business!
