My husband and I live over 50 miles away from this location. My husband had his remaining teeth pulled and has been waiting to get dentures. Dr. Vandyke pulled his teeth,then took an impression for his dentures. Today I had an appointment with the hygienist for a cleaning, while my husband waited for his appointment to try on the trays made from the impression. My appointment was at 1pm, my husband's was at 4pm. After waiting from 12:45 to 4pm the office staff tells us that Dr Vandyke is sending my husband to a denturist instead of following through with what she had done and the staff didn't even tell us directly after my appointment instead we wait for an additional hour and a half for them to tell us. I could understand if their office were busy but we were the only people in the waiting room. This is the way we were treated and have been going to her since June and today is 8-25-22. Not very customer friendly and doesn't follow through after she kept telling my husband that she would help him. I don't recommend Dr. Vandyke and if I could write this review without a star I would. Find another dentist if you want someone who cares.
