Maddie was so great with all my kids! She explained everything really well and kept things moving quickly. The X-ray tech was awesome and explained the process in a way my 7 year old could understand. Dr. Nate answered all of my questions and was thorough, friendly and polite. I’m always so grateful and amazed that I can get 4 young kids in and out of the dentist in an hour and a half! After we left my kids said in all sincerity, “thanks for taking us to the dentist, Mom!” 🤣 What kid says that?! Obviously these guys do a great job.

The staff is seriously wonderful. They made it very fun for my daughter so she wasn’t scared. They both made sure to tell my daughter what they were doing and she even got to watch a movie on their screen while he was looking at her teeth. Overall the Dentists and hygienists were good with the kids, no complaints. The issue was with their billing. Tried for over a year to pay a bill with them and was told each time, it was an error. I had a credit to the account and to disregard the bill. Then got a letter about collections, called again was told I had a credit again, then was transfered around and told they didn't see the credit from 2 seconds ago but I had the bill. Finally got the bill paid and will not be going back it has been the biggest headache. On top of this on more than one occasion they had mixed up my kids files. Good Dentists but the runaround wasn't worth it.
