Excellent dental care!!

Had a dental emergency and they were able to get me in the same day. Everyone in the office was absolutely amazing and treated me like family. Had an amazing experience and will definitely be using them for all my regular dental needs in the future!!!

I love going to 406 Dentistry! The office is lovely, and the staff is so pleasant. I used to always dread going to the dentist, but not anymore. Thanks for always making it an easy experience every single time I go in.

Absolutely loved this dentist ... all the office staff was wonderful ..... Prices were very reasonable!!! If you need a dentist in the Kalispell or surrounding areas please do yourself a favor and call 406 dentistry!!!!

Best experience from front desk to Dr K and everyone in between! Dr K and staff are compassionate & caring and experts in their field. I transferred the entire family to 406 care. I'm so appreciative for 406 Dentistry.

Dr. K is great! I have been here twice now, one for a cleaning and to get a crown placed. The staff is amazing and friendly! The environment is welcoming and they treat you like family.

406 is a wonderful dentist office all staff are friendly and knowledgeable! I came in with quite a bit of work to be done and they worked with my finances as well as work schedule! Very happy 😃

Let's be real here, finding a new dentist is scary. It's not somehing to take lightly and is honestly probably a reason people avoid going to the dentist. Let me tell you though, this is hands down the greatest dentist office I've EVER been to. The way that they've cared for myself and my family has blown me away. I'm grateful to know that businesses with wholesome and genuine people still exist across our valley. Dr K is wonderful (um, where have you been my whole life????). Her staff are ALL top notch. Thank you, ladies!

I’ve been in and out of dentist offices my entire life and until now I haven’t been able to eat or even just place my teeth together without severe pain. After my last appointment with 406 Dentistry I can bite down for the first time without that pain. Wow I am so incredibly happy with the team they have put together and Dr. K. This was my absolute first time walking out of a dentist appointment and feeling like I can do anything. Thanks to 406 Dentistry I can now eat and enjoy life the way life was intended. Feeling amazing.

I would highly recommend 406 dentistry! Through out my whole visit the entire staff was courteous, welcoming, and friendly. Dr. K was thorough and told me everything she was doing during my exam. After my visit they gave me a quote on my upcoming dental work so I wasn’t stuck with a surprise bill or clueless before I scheduled my procedures. Thank you Dr. K and staff for doing an awesome job!

I have not had this personable an experience at a dentist since I was a kid. You know, back in the day when your dentist remembered you. 406 was so welcoming and even acknowledged that I was a new patient and everyone including the dentist welcomed me. The office is beautiful and clean. I also appreciated that they didn't upsell me on some expensive procedure that I don't need and instead sent me with some medicated mouthwash for $12. With my old dentist, they would have recommendations surgery of my gums like many times before. Go here. You won't regret it.

By far, the worst dental experience I have ever had. I have never in my life posted a review of anything but I am taking the time to do so now because of how poorly I was treated. To that end: No one at the front desk to greet me when I arrived. Dental hygienist had a very rude manner. Had to re-do my x-rays. The dentist was noticeably sick and unmasked when she initially entered the examination room. After masking up, she did a very quick cleaning of my teeth, a very brief review of my x-rays and a cursory discussion of the state of my teeth, overall. To sum, she seemed utterly disinterested in her profession. To top it off, their polishing machine was broken and apparently had been broken for some time. I was not notified of this beforehand. Yet I was still charged the full rate for a cleaning and polishing. When I asked the hygienist if I would be able to return for a polishing, she said no. In short, I do not recommend this dental office, at all. If it were possible to rate this business ‘zero’ stars, I would do so. Post script: I subsequently phoned their office and insisted on getting my teeth polished as I had paid for the service. The follow-up polishing was equally incomplete, sloppy, perfunctory, unprofessional and wholly disappointing. Do not go to this place. A robot would have been more respectful and pleasant to engage with...and likely would have done a better job. Cheers,
