They terminated my contract after scheduling me an appointment without my knowledge, and I missed the appointment due to the fact of not knowing. They said they tried contacting me via phone calls and post card but I never received any, however if they tried contacting me with my phone number it would've gone straight to voice message because my phone had broken at the time before I got a new one, and that's why I wasn't aware. (New phone number also so that's another reason I wasn't able to get phone calls from them unfortunately) The last time I was in for an appointment they never scheduled me an appointment so I wasn't sure if I had any business left with them at the time. I've only missed one appointment and find it unfair that they only give you one chance, if not any. If anything they shouldn't schedule appointments until the patient confirms it. I've had a good run until they pulled that, the dental hygienists are very sweet ladies and are good at what they do! But I wouldn't recommend this dental place if you're not able to keep up with their unsure scheduling. Another thing I'd like to add is I'm always on time for my appointments, I really don't like being late for anything, even for work. Being on time doesn't mean you'll get taken care of right away though. Sometimes I'd be waiting a whole hour before I'm actually taken care of which can be very unfortunate when I have things to take care, like bills.

My experience with Dental Distinctions has been the best experience with any medical or dental professional. Carol, Tere, and staff provide such a caring and welcoming atmosphere. I recently broke a molar, and was dreading a trip to the dentist to get it fixed. Having recently moved from the north fork to Kalispell, I decided to get set up with a new dentist in Kalispell. After reading Dental Distinctions awesome reviews, I decided to make an appointment with them. Not only did they work me into the schedule right away, but I was beyond impressed with all of their staff, it is obvious they truly care about their patients. I really hate going to the dentist, but they made the experience as pleasant as possible, and the work they did to repair my tooth was excellent. This was hands down the most thorough dental exam I've ever had done. I was beyond impressed with their service, professionalism, and knowledge. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new dentist.

While on vacation, I experienced a dental emergency and the staff at Dental Distinctions made time in their busy schedule to see me first thing the next day. For reference, my own dentist in Helena could not see me for 3 weeks! Not only was this far and away the best dental care I have ever received, but the customer service and overall experience at Dental Distinctions was unreal. The staff was attentive, personable and compassionate, and they took time to explain all of my treatment options and the associated costs. They even pulled some strings to get me into an endodontist the following day to re-treat a failing root canal. I can’t say enough good things about Dental Distinctions. If you need a dentist, look no further. These ladies are the best!

My first visit was yesterday. Was in a panic due to a broken tooth. Was expecting to wait a couple weeks before I could get it fixed. Not only did they repair it the same day, but I was only there for less than 4 hours! And in that time, I was taken care of by Carol in billing....Who totally took the stress out of that end of it.. and Carrie, the dental assistant, who obviously loves her job very much! She was informative and thorough, and definitely makes you feel at ease. Really enjoyed visiting with her! Last but not least....Dr. Tere, who inflicted no pain, and repaired my tooth within minutes it seemed! Thank you Tere, for being my hero yesterday!! Very much looking forward to my next dental visit! Never in my lifetime did I expect those words to come out of my mouth!!

It's truly amazing what great dental work can do for your smile! The staff at Dental Distinctions are awesome! My dentist is so very talented and knowledgeable and she made sure I was happy with how she made my teeth look. My teeth look perfect and when I smile it looks beautiful!! Thank you to Tere Nelson and all the staff!! I'm so happy!!!
