The office staff is friendly; however, I do question this office's devotion to cleanliness. The XRAY machine and the observation light were dirty and looked as though they hadn't been cleaned in a while. Secondly, my hygienist continually dropped items on the floor. After being in the chair for 90 minutes, the dentist spent about 60 seconds with me.

Everyone in the office is super friendly. I was in and out, and was actually squeazed in this day. Having Medicaid, I've went 5 years with no dental care because no one accepts this insurance. I'm already super appreciative of him, his office, and the work they do. Thank you thank you thank you!!!!!

Initially I liked him when I started going to him in January. I had an infection in a bridge a couple weeks ago and had a very difficult time getting him to call me back. He finally returned my call after being in a in a great deal of pain and removed a couple teeth .Very dissatisfied with the lack of care and concern.

Never before have I felt like giving a dentist a hug. Dr. Soren immediately put me at ease and never made me feel like he was in a hurry or to busy to answer my gazillion questions. I have never found a dentist that is genuinely compassionate, kind, while also being gentle until going to this practice. Dr. Soren Loftus is the one of the only dentists I have ever gone back to see regularly, and I’ve needed (and still need) a lot of work done.
