I totally enjoyed my appointment today. All of the staff and the dentist were professional in all that they did. The office ran like a well oiled machine and they were helpful in establishing new appointments. Today’s appointment was in response to a minor emergency on my behalf. I have been coming to Dr Windauer since I was a little girl. Now my daughter and myself travel two hours one way to come and get our care here. It is worth driving 10 hours! All staff are so sweet and helpful from Melissa at registration to Rachel in the back! We had wonderful care from every single person in the office (other dental assistants and dental hygienists as well as secretaries are wonderful) Dr. Windauer is a great dentist and adds a personal touch to your time with the Polson family dentistry team. Would recommend to everyone!

Dr. Windauer has been a great family dentist. He takes the time to get to know us and is very personable and caring. We appreciate his consistency and professionalism. I highly recommend him as a dentist for the whole family.

I love the atmosphere at this dentist. The employees flow together seamlessly to make the most of the time you have to spend there. I also appreciate the dentist Michael. He listens to you. He keeps you informed of the health of your teeth. He has never done work without explaining why he feels it needs to be done and showing pictures to back it up.

I like Windauer dentistry because he fixed my tooth nicely, did I say with no discomfort? He is also respectful of my wallet. He is a nice man. The office ladies,and hygienist are nice too. I went there today because I had an infected tooth. The office lady went to great effort to get me in without delay. They were booked up, but she got me in fast. Best yet!! I wish all businesses were like this one.

I like the dentist. He is very patient and very friendly. I like the people that works there. They are very understanding.

Dr. Windauer & his staff have always been a joy to work with. They explain what needs to happen & look for all possible problems associated with the mouth (not just your teeth). They've always been great with my children, putting them at ease & making a trip to the dentist a fun experience.

By far the best dentist office and experience I’ve ever had in my life, the staff is so welcoming and friendly, the doctor took the time to go over my treatment options giving me multiple options rather than approaching it from what would make them the most money. Very hard to find someone caring like that, all my previous dentists felt more like a business than health care but not here. Highly recommend them. Update 1/2023 This family dentist office continues to impress me with their kind care and attention to detail. I highly recommend Dr. Windauer. He takes the time to explain different options and I’ve appreciated how his office has managed to fit me into their schedule whenever I have a dental issue. Definitely the best dental service in our valley.
