West Yellowstone Dental

I have called multiple times and left voicemails,to see if I can get help still no kind of call back from the office. It's listed as being open only Thursdays and Friday's. And Wednesday only for them to answer voicemails. Not everyone has a ride to be able to get to the office in Rexburg. Isn't that the whole reason of having a local dental office., All I want is to see when they have a opening and couldn't have the courtesy to give me a call back to say that you didn't have any or any kind of call back. When you're there 3 times ..I am not good enough to get service from your company anymore? I have insurance so what's going on. Why can't I get a call back. Not happy what so ever. When the dentist first open up they were open a lot more then 2 days especially during peak season in town how is two days enough.

Dr. Smith is a great dentist. He made me feel more comfortable getting a root canal done when I’ve felt really nervous at other places. Highly recommend! The staff is super nice as well.

Dr. Smith and his staff are absolutely fantastic. This sounds a little crazy but we actually drive from Rexburg up to Dr. Smith because he does so good with our kids. I highly recommend West Yellowstone dental for any dental needs whether that’s basic cleaning’s or root canals or other procedures. Absolutely fantastic!

Broke a tooth with an old filling on Wednesday evening. Dr.Smith's team got me in on Thursday morning. Fixed the tooth, including a crown made onsite and had me back to work by noon. awesome.

Had been waiting since last summer for this dentist to sign up to be a VA provider. Was happy they were willing to do so at this location since I am a year-round resident (I understand they are set up with the VA at their Idaho office). I've been strung along for almost a year, to no avail. Lindsee would not return my phone calls or follow up for me, I only talked with her when she'd answer the phone. Even then it seemed like I was putting her out. What a waste of time when I could have tried other dentists; was just hoping I wouldn't have to drive so far out of town. BTW, they are all too happy to get me/my family in when we're paying full price, having already spent hundreds of $$$ there.

Best experience I’ve had at a dental office. All the staff were very friendly. The dental hygienist did a great job and was careful with my teeth. The dentist was very friendly and honest. I will be recommending them to all my friends and family along with my employees! I’m so happy I finally found a great dentist!

I went in for an extraction (and the good doctor gave me the option to save it). It was the most pleasant experience considering I had a tooth pulled. So quick, easy and literally painless. No prescriptions, just instructions to use over the counter pain relief. After my appointment I went to market, made my purchase and went to work. No time off needed and no negative side effects.

Absolutely wonderful experience with this dental practice. I walked in to see if they accepted my insurance and not only did they check on it, but they were able to see me the same day without an appointment. Both the staff and the dentist were not only professional but very personable. I am grateful to know that if I am back in the area I have a wonderful dentist office that I can go to.

I was visiting Yellowstone with my kids and my son had a tooth issue. I called WYD before they opened and left a message with the info and that we were on our way. They called back when they opened letting us know they were ready when we arrived and very helpful and compassionate to get his issue resolved once there. Thank you so much!

Wonderful place! Friendly staff! I thought I had a popcorn kernel stuck under my broken bridge, but at a closer look one of my tooth's was so bad had an abscess and it need to be pulled, the other tooth holding onto my bridge also has decay and will need a rout canal which they can fix the following week to let the antibiotics to work on healing the part where they pulled out my tooth. I am so grateful they are able to take out of town clients. I highly recommend Dr Smith.

I had to have a tooth removed last week and Dr Smith and his staff did an excellent job. The problem that that specific tooth was one of the ones holding my bottom plate in tact. They gave me recommendations and pricing options for the best way to handle this problem this week. I felt Dr Smith and his staff are very friendly and showed willingness to work with their patients. I highly recommend them.

5 stars all the way. Entire staff is friendly, honest, understanding, and most importantly- TRUSTWORTHY. I won't go into a TLDR story, but this practice saved me from spending thousands of dollars and months of pain and suffering from unnecessary work. Also, their bedside manner is A+++. West Yellowstone may be a small town, but this team is exceptional. So thankful. <3

I highly recommend.. New to the area and was apprehensive seeing a new doctor. It was amazing. Caring people who really know there business. Same office visit for crowns (don’t have to come back for the finial fitting). Dr Smith and his staff our professionals and love there job and it showed today.

So many reasons to love this place: they are very professional and do a great job. They don't rush you in and out of the chair. They communicate every aspect of their procedures and ask how you are doing. They are great with kids in the waiting room. They invest in modern, high quality equipment and software. They have a machine that can make a crown on the spot. Their interior space is clean, pleasant and inviting. The hygienist is incredibly thorough, the dentist is knowledgeable and efficient, and the assistant is friendly and helpful. They all work very well together. I always leave here feeling great about my clean and healthy teeth.
