Alpenglow Dental

I have been using Alpenglow Dental for 4 years now. I go twice per year for regular cleanings and also for any additional work that needs done. I have always had friendly experiences with their front desk staff, dental hygienist (Allison) and with Dr. Larson. I always feel anxious before arrival because I have cold-sensitive teeth but they take the time to warm their water and help me relax. They are very knowledgeable and insightful. I trust this dentist and would recommend them to anyone in need of a dentist in the valley.

Always a great experience. I have terrible jaw issues and sensitive teeth and the staff is very accommodating. Allison who cleans my teeth always has great tips and advice and does a great job! Thank you Alpenglow!

The staff is very friendly and professional. They always take my concerns seriously regarding when I have pain in my teeth. Nice atmosphere.

DO NOT choose Alpenglow Dental!! My husband went in for an appointment today and said the receptionist was so rude and basically acted like he was a scumbag because we had a balance we knew NOTHING about. Turns out they dropped our insurance Fed BCBS back in February and failed to let us know. I called them and was basically yelled at and talked over when I did try to speak. They tried telling me that they sent several letters and emails (which we saw NONE of, EVER). When I was asked why we weren’t told this information at our appointment in May, she just replied with “I can’t tell you why somebody didn’t say anything then.” Mind you I was given an estimate on a procedure I was suppose to be getting this week, IN MAY with my CURRENT insurance! I asked her why we never received a call, especially if we had a balance and she responded with “we see 700 patients and can’t call everyone”. EVERY healthcare professional I’ve known would call you, especially if you had an unpaid balance. If you want poor communication, surprise bills, and people yelling at you, this is the right place for you!

I am writing this on behalf of my father, Jeff Gerber, as he is computer shy and asked me to. He said he looks so forward to his visit at this office- not only is it a welcoming, comfortable atmosphere, but the teeth cleaning itself is "more relaxing than a massage". His actual words. And I and my son loved the take-1 bowl of "Dad" jokes!: D

Professional and friendly staff. My appointment was fairly quick and pain free. Also the dentist's are great with the kiddos. A++

The hygienist and dentist I saw, we're both very kind and patient. I've not been to a dentist in a very long time until today. They we're sure to be gentle, and answer all of my questions.

Normally dentist visits leave me super anxious, but my visit with Dr. Light at Alpenglow was nothing like that. His entire team was absolutely amazing. They were all kind, VERY knowledgeable, and told me exactly what was going on every step of the way which was a real comfort. I will definitely be keeping Alpenglow as my routine dental office!

The best dental office I have been to, so accommodating and genuine and understanding. They got me in sane day and made everything painless, smooth and quick! Top notch team, loved Heather and Dr. Taber, they gave me such a positive experience, very thankful to have had them for my care.
