I recently moved to the area and Natalie made me feel super comfortable providing an office tour and explaining each part of the cleaning process. Dr. Gray was fantastic and we bonded over being from Florida! I cannot recommend this office enough. I am happy to have found such a kind and welcoming office!

Went in for a extraction and bridge work. Professional service and some downright friendly and accommodating folks. Got me in quick for procedure and Dr McCoy and tech were top notch. Lindsey did a wonderful job. I've been going through a rough patch, and personal care hasn't been a high priority. Instead of harping on it, or telling me all the things I didn't do, she even quietly got me took care of before the dr came in to do his exams. Just that act of kindness alone was worth more than any cleaning I've ever had at Capehart, and they are lucky to have her.

Their dentistry knowledge and skills are inferior to almost any other dentist in the area. The dentist almost took my word for what needed to be done to my. tooth instead of forming her own opinion. A truly subpar level of care.

I was working and chewing a piece of gum when a filling broke off. I spoke with Dr. McCoy and she said it would be an easy fix and we could quickly get me in and get it taken care of. Sierra then jumped into action and noticed there was a patient that didn't show up and got me right in there. I loved how Jessica and Dr McCoy stayed with me and spoke with me while I was getting numb and it really made me feel comfortable especially knowing that this wasn't exactly an ideal time to break a filling. They were both very sufficient and kind and made me feel very relaxed.

I had a great experience going to Capehart Bellevue. It was my first time using dental insurance through my new job and the entire staff made the process super easy. Maggie, specifically, helped me understand what my insurance would cover and she even did the math for me to estimate what my final expenses would be, which certainly gave me piece of mind. Then, Brayan was a calm and fun dental hygienist who took all the nerves out of the procedure of getting my 4 cavities filled. Overall the staff was great and I will definitely be returning to this location for my next cleaning.

We have actually been long term on and off patients. And our family has gone as well. Now grown children. It is close to our house. It was convenient. Away appreciated the care until insurance changed and had to switch as they were not in network. Wend to a different provider and really liked them but were further away. Then insurance changed again after 4 years or so and they were in out network again. Super busy. Just felt like a number. Feel they are extremely expensive compared to other dentists. Always felt they we pushing for unnecessary procedures. Became foster parents and they don't except medicaid. And that is fine I will take my family and myself elsewhere as I feel like they have plenty of patients.

I always have the best experience at capehart family dentistry. From the doctors to the hygienists to the front desk. I appreciate the kindness and how you are treated the second you walk through the door. Lauryn was my technician today and she went out of her way to find a doctor, since my usual doctor was in a procedure, to finish my exam as she knew i had errands to run following my appointment. She talked with me the entire appointment and we got to know each other in the short 30 minutes I was there. The doctors are all willing to step in and see any patient.
