Dr. Remmenga is great. Added bonus, he is dentist and orthodontist in one stop. He is one of the most meticulous people I have ever met, which serves well when it comes to a person's smile. He is personable and professional, and I truly appreciate that he and his team educates our family along the way with what is being done and the importance. When our dentist retired, we shopped around a little and tried a couple. Once we got to him, it was no question we'd be staying. As with all dentist, once you are in their rotation, there is no problem getting an appointment. Very grateful to have Dr. Remmenga and his team in our area and as our dentistry and orthodontic care team.

Tried to refer someone to them and the receptionist was racist and did not want to add him on the schedule because of his nationality. Very disappointed.

The Female working at the front is so rude. I feel bad for the dentist because I heard he’s a good guy. But never got to meet him because of their rude secretary. This needs to change

I called this office today because my husband has had bad experiences at other dentists offices in Lexington. Therefore we have been looking locally for a different dentist before looking out town. Moreover some of my other family also have had bad experiences at other dentist offices and mentioned that Dr. Remenga does an awesome job therefore reccomended him. That’s is why I called today to attempt to make an appointment. The lady who schedules appointments was very rude and impatient and just overall one of the most unfriendly encounters I have ever experienced from a doctors office. Your secretary needs to work on her customer service.
