Answered the phone and scheduled me the next day. Was very easy to talk to and got me in on a canceled appointment after my cleaning. Did the work I needed done in my mouth and the assistant was very nice

Excellent service was provided here. Sarah is very nice and did a great job cleaning my teeth. Cori fixed my tooth quickly and made sure I was comfortable.

Been going here since I was a kid. She's the best in town very nice and great work and will always work with you and ur insurance. Dr Amend #1!

I would NEVER send anyone her & I will never go back to her. I wanted 6 teeth put into a bottom denture that she made & now they are saying they can't do it. She made the top & bottom teeth so why can't they put 6 teeth in the bottom one! This Is BS! All they want is Money! So wrong Just So Wrong! Very Bad Service!

Dr. Amend has been my Dentist for years. I have received top quality work in every way. I had to have one front tooth replaced. I went to a top notch orthodontist she recommended. She installed crown on implant. Job could not have been done better. I would recommend Dr. Amend and her staff to anyone. Top Notch, Mike Sobolik

Dr. Cori Amend and her staff are the Best!!! They all have smiles on their faces and Always so friendly, professional and helpful. Can get in right away for an appointment. Dr. Amend is fantastic n professional.. she ALWAYS explains what she needs to do, always makes you feel welcomed and comfortable. Never pushes products you don't need. She always make you feel like your only patient, when she is with YOU!! I n my 5 kids all go to her. One of my kid is mentally challenged and can't really communicate and she goes back all by herself..we all love going to Dr. Cori Amend and seeing the staff. Greatest place in Lincoln for all your dental needs.

Fillings fell out repeatedly

Love Dr. Amend! She and her staff makes me feel super at home. Fair prices, no pressure to purchase any procedures that I don't need, and friendly staff - especially the hygienist.

I've only had two appointments thus far, but so far both have gone over well. I got a filling today and the procedure was a painless process and I'm thrilled with the results. When I still had questions, Dr. Amend was more than willing to provide a knowledgable answer, and provide a solution when I desired one. Plan to keep more appointments down the road. ♧

Only giving one star because the hygienist was AMAZING! Dr. Amend is the worst dentist I have ever been too! I have terrible teeth and have been to multiple dentists in my life and have never been so unhappy. She is inconsiderate, rude, rough and she destroyed my smile and when I asked her about it she completely denied that any of it was her fault. I do NOT reccomend ANYONE EVER go here for dental care other than a cleaning!

She took out my wisdom tooth out and I didn't even know. She is amazing!!

I have been going to Dr Amend for 5 years now and have always been happy with the service provided. In the past, I have been to other dentists who would pressure me to try out teeth whitening or other services and often they would also "find" problems. Since I have gone to Dr Amend, magically, my teeth are healthy and I'm not being asked to purchase other products or services, so I am spending less. Also, Kathy, my hygienist, always makes me feel good about my brushing and flossing habits.

Horrible Horrible office The doctor over books herself every single day You sit in the waiting room and wait for a hour to get work done It's so unprofessional I do not recommend this place for anybody

I went to change my foster son in the bathroom. He has a bm, the blonde doctor came down the stairs. She was extremely upset that I put the diaper in to the trash and ordered me in a very stern voice to take the diaper out of the trash can. All the while she is spraying my son and I with air freshener as she processed to gag. We will not be going back to this office.

Had to cancel an appointment due to a mix up, and the receptionist was beyond rude. She chewed me out like a small child, and refused to reschedule my appointment until I could "guarantee" I wouldn't miss it (this was my first appointment with the place, so it's not like I had a history of missing appointments). I can understand being upset when a patient cancels, but the receptionist was beyond rude and insulting. I will never do business with this place and will encourage everyone I know to avoid it also.

If there were a NO star option that's what I'd give this place. If zero customer service is something you enjoy well then by all means have a ball and wait over an hour, be ignored and have the dentist work on the patient who's appointment was scheduled for 4:00 when yours was at 3:30. Seriously guys, "GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!" And to add to the miserable customer service, the place looked like it was straight out of a 1960s porno... Filthy!

Dr Amend is a nice lady. Her receptionist is the rudest, crazy woman I have ever experienced in a health care office setting in my life. She argued over my daughters insurance with me for absolutely no reason. It was the most ridiculous, wasted 10 minutes I will never get back. Then continued to argue with an elderly woman next over quadruple booking our apt times!!!

The worst service ever. Don't even waste your time.

Twice now, I have had a broken tooth and Dr Amend has not only gotten me right in and fixed the problem, but has called to see how I was doing... This practice is top notch and has some very great people working there!!! I would recommend this office to anyone and have sent my family there, I liked it so well!!!
