This place does not even deserve any star. There is age discrimination here. They take 5 years old and 20 years old. Go somewhere else .

I am the caretaker of my disabled brother. The first time I had taking him there to get his dentures fixed, we were sitting in the room with a very nice lady who was explaining to my brother what was going to happen and when. Then the lady doctor came in literally yelling at the lady. That blew me away as the doctor was cutting her down to tears. Then the lady who was in there with us originally was telling the doctor what she has done and where she can continue treatment to my brother. That's when the doctor said, "I didn't ask you all that, what I asked is.......!!" So I was hesitant of continuing care there, but today 1-11-23 my brother has an appointment at 8:20am. (I also had an appointment else where so I had my nephew take my brother back to Blome to finish his dentures.) At 8:23am I get a call it goes like this: Her: "name" has an appointment at 8:20, he's not here, where is he at? Me: excuse me? My nephew is bringing him, I have a separate appointment, I'll call them and see where they are at and I'll call you back. Her: I need the uncles number, I need to know where he is. Me: ok, well I am not giving you my... nephews number, I will call them and call you back. Her: do that because I need to know where he is at, he needs to be here! Ok, first of all...... who does that?!??!?! Do not demand me of anything. Secondly, things happen, anything could had happened and you are trying to act like you are a police officer getting a warrant or something. Who called me was the skinny blonde haired girl up front. Very unprofessional!!!!! All over an appointment that only consisted of my brother doing his dentures of to get them fixed. GROSS!

Horrible staff and dentists and worst option for referral if I will recommend someone to go anywhere rather than going to this place

Never could get the teeth to quit hurting decided to go to affordable dentures had them in 2 weeks

I'm an old guy and have had dentists all over the country -- lots of work done. Dr Sara is the best I have ever had. Exceptionally skillful, efficient, professional and courteous. I have not had to wait in the lobby more than a couple of minutes on all visits, and her staff members are fantastic!

After careful consideration I decided to review this practice. I always enjoyed the hygienists. I had a failed root canal there and it resulted in a loss and bone marrow transplant(that part was optional to save surrounding teeth from collapsing). I believe he didn’t take precautions to prevent infection. I feel that even stronger now having seen a root canal preformed by a faculty. No gloves were worn, no barrier put in place to prevent cross contamination. You talked about insurance coverage in front of my children because it only covered X-rays once per year and you thought that wasn’t adequate. They still remember how it made them feel. I hope you don’t make others feel like that.

Update: I’ve been a patient for multiple years at this point and diligently went to cleanings every six-months. I ended up getting a tooth infection, my face was swollen, and I was in a lot of pain. I called on Sunday and followed-up Monday morning at 7:30 am. Even as an established patient with a dental emergency they refused to schedule me until Wednesday. I even asked if they could recommend an emergency dentist to which they responded “no, they didn’t know anybody”. I ended up calling two other places, one was able to get me in Tuesday morning and the other got me in that same day. By the afternoon I was at an oral surgeon (referred by new dentist) because the tooth had to be extracted. I like Dr. Sara, but I need a dentist/practice that can see me in an emergency or at least have a connection with another practice that could. Original: Dr. Sara was great! This was my first time going but her and all of the office staff were really nice and explained everything and answered all of my questions. I’m not sure why there are so many bad reviews but they are not a reflection of my experience with Dr. Sara

Wish I would have read reviews before visiting this dentist. IF U DO NOT CONFIRM YOUR APPOINTMENT THE DAY BEFORE IT IS SCHEDULED THEY WILL SCHEDULE SOMEONE OVER YOU. I was told I was called, I did not receive a call. i got one email saying to call before five and I do not get off work in time to do this. Not only that but as a person with a full time job and finals I do not check my email everyday. I scheduled time off work only to be told “we have patients trying to get in before the end of the year for cleanings, you no longer have an appointment. We scheduled someone over you.” Well ig I’m not a patient then, ig I wasn’t trying to get in before the end of the year for my cleaning too. Ig scheduling my appointment was a waste of time because that’s not how they do it at Blome family dentistry. U have to triple quadruple check that they are WILLING to see u. No apologies nothing either. I got a well we can try to squeeze u in later and “did u not get our messages?” Also all the other one star reviews I read before leaving mine today are a pretty spot on description of what this practice has to offer. Go anywhere else.

I truly do not understand some of these reviews! We have never been to a dentist that has made both of my girls feel so comfortable and seen! Dr. Sarah and her dental hygienist have the best bedside manner, my girls LOVE them! The front desk staff is always so kind...every single one of them! And I'm not sure what her name is, but to the nice woman who always reminds my girls to pick something out of the basket, we love you too! Not to mention, their decorating with the seasons and way they follow all Covid 19 guidelines, they really couldn't make it any easier on us to go to the dentist! My oldest daughter also had an abscess that developed this weekend and we had to call Dr. Sarah after hours to consult her, and she was so kind, made sure we had antibiotics and took care of us. 10/10 me and both of my daughters highly recommend this place. :-)

this is the best office i've been too, dr sara was great. 10/10 would recommend. these people leaving bad reviews are crazy!

My experience here is very good all the staff was respectful and I in and out in no time

I cannot stand the front desk staff. They all have ugly attitudes. I had fillings done and two months passed i still can barely chew on that side. Highly don’t recommend.

Really friendly and professional staff. My boys (5 and 3) actually enjoy the dentist visits. Great job team!

Don’t waste your time, the staff is very rude and not helpful and they do not have the best care!

First of all. The lady at the front desk (I cannot remember her name) made me cry, the first time I went. Also. I recently went in for a tooth ache and they told me That I had zero inflammation and zero cavities and told me it was just allergies. Today, I went to my old family dentistry, and they said my gums are inflamed and red. I also have 3 cavities. One of which, is on the same tooth that Blome Dentistry supposedly filled.

I have been going to Blome Family Dentistry for more than 20 years and have never had a bad experience. They are very knowledgeable and trustworthy dentists not to mention gentle and even entertaining 😀

The entire place is wonderful. The office is clean and nicely decorated. The staff are all very kind and accomodating. My son and I switched to this family dentist and we have both seen Dr. Sara and the dental hygienists/assistants and everyone has been very kind and comforting to both my son and I. I would highly recommend their office and I appreciate the help getting us into their office and seen. The extra time and care before, during and after procedures is great! Thanks guys.

My son saw Dr Bloome for a emergency visit today. Total waste of time. My son is autistic and they were rude to him. They weren’t kind or gentle at all. He’s 5. They knew he was 5 and still agreed to see him. The dentist was extremely rude and told me I needed to visit a pediatric dentist if my son had pain otherwise it was fine and his tooth wasn’t infected. He also told me we didn’t have insurance we had assistance 🙄 We went to a pediatric dentist and my son needed emergency surgery for an abscess! Super unprofessional and a waste of time. I do not recommend this dentist office to anyone! People on Medicaid deserve to be treated respectful as well! I’m glad I went with my mom gut and took my son for another opinion! I canceled my other Children’s appointments and switched them to a qualified professional dentist!

I’ve been going here for the last eight years and everyone does an amazing job. Dr Sara and Shawn always make my visits fun and they do excellent work.
