I’ve been to a number of dental offices and these guys are by far the best. Had my first cavities in my life and it was so easy and painless, great feedback on prevention and I’ll be coming here even after moving further away

from time to time the office won't notify for your up coming appointment the day before your visit. however everything else I applaud them on hospitality, transparency, cleanliness, go there if you haven't been; you'll meet beautiful people there. Thank you Coddington dental for your services.

Everyone is so polite and professional. They explain what is going on and what you can do to improve the issue. They work directly with your insurance so you don't have to. I have been going since they 1st open and don't plan on changing. Very satisfied.

Everything was perfect. Staff is helpful with a focus first on the patient. They helped me to get my insurance to cover my crown and find assistance to cover my coinsurance. Highly recommend!

First visit here, saw Dr Day, wonderful experience, everyone was kind, helpful, and knowledgeable, it was an emergency for me and they handled everything. I am excited for Dr Day to be my new dentist.

The receptionist and the dentist are very nice and welcoming. The dentist always make sure I’m comfortable during dental procedure.

I have had such a wonderful experience with Dr. Day and Coddington Dental. I was extremely nervous about my root canal and expected it to be a much more painful experience than it was. Dr. Day made the entire thing as smooth and pain free as possible. The entire office is extremely professional, kind and informative. Could not ask for a better experience.

Dr. Jodi is very friendly. While she explains what she sees, she’ll use the “doctor terms” then explain it in a way anyone could understand. She doesn’t push one option, she’ll explain all of them then give you time to choose. I definitely recommend her for anyone who is afraid of the dentist.

I moved here recently from Alaska and was experiencing tooth pain, was not able to get my Alaska insurance to carry over but the very nice desk ladies made sure we figured out my situation and was very transparent. The dentist was amazing and very nice. Everything was able to be done that day. Just a very friendly environment all around. Best dentist experience I have had so far! Will definitely be going through only them with my remaining time here.

I would give the dental staff a 5-star rating. However, the business office is another story. I received a cap in mid-December of 2021. Today (9/1/2022), I received a bill for almost $900 dollars for that service as I was informed that insurance denied the claim 3 times. At no point prior to this, was I informed of a potential issue. While I understand that insurance can take time, no reasonable person should expect to receive a bill of that size over 9 months from the point of service. The delay in informing me meant that I also can no longer claim that out of last year's FSA account and now must pay this fully out of pocket. I will now be which service to another provider which is unfortunate as I do like the dentists. But to receive a bill like this after such a long delay is really not acceptable.

Dr day is a rockstar and the girl that was assisting her was fantastic.

This dentist office is second to none from the ones I've tried. I've never waited mote than 5 minutes it seems to get called back. Every dentist I've seen has been amazing, and willing to answer any questions about any concern. The hygienists have all been amazing too. Friendly, courteous, and everyone makes you feel welcome and makes the overall experience something to leave happy with. I would give more stars if I could.

I brought my mom in for two teeth extractions. From the moment we walked in, to the time we left, we were treated with kindness, dignity and professionalism. All the dentists here are SO AMAZING! Very gentle and calming. I love coming here and highly recommend Nebraska Family Dentistry!

Very great place for my dental needs everyone made me very comfortable and no pain getting crowns done

My family have been patients here for over 12 years, and we absolutely love Dr. Day. However, some of their business practices have made it difficult to work with them. One of my daughters recently experienced a last minute summer camp schedule change that caused a conflict with her bi-annual cleaning. I called the office to reschedule 26.5 hours in advance of her scheduled appointment time, and was told I would be charged a $75 late cancellation fee. I assumed they had a 24 hour cancellation policy like many other medical practices, especially for frequent offenders. But, apparently they require reschedules/cancels to be made by 11:00 a.m. the day prior to the appointment, in many cases more than 24 hours in advance. I wasn’t pleased, but having no other option I accepted the $75 fee and rescheduled her appointment for 2 weeks later. 2 days prior to the rescheduled appointment, the office started reaching out to confirm the appointment time. My family was out of town and out of cell range at the time, so we didn’t receive the message until late afternoon, the day prior to the appointment. I immediately responded as soon as we got the message. When we showed up the next day for my daughter’s scheduled appointment time, we were told that it was cancelled because we hadn’t confirmed by 11:00 a.m. the day prior. They received my response at 4:30 p.m. instead, which apparently was 4.5 hours too late. In my 12 years as a patient, my children and I have never missed a single appointment. Although I completely understand the need to have policies in place to help minimize lost revenue from late changes/cancels, I find the policies of this office to be extreme. I can’t think of any other medical practice who automatically cancels your scheduled appointment just because you weren’t available by phone in the 2 days prior to the appointment. Respect is a two-way street. If you want your patients to respect your schedule, you must also be willing to respect ours
