Fabulous family dentist! After years at another dentist and thousands upon thousands in bills, we went hunting for a dentist that isn’t out drain our bank account. Doctor Martin’s staff is helpful and kind. He diagnosed and referred me to a chiropractor for jaw pain that had plagued me for years (and our previous dentist said would require an expensive treatment). I finally have relief from the pain! His office has always run on time for our appointments, and he doesn’t recommend unnecessary work. So grateful we found Doctor Martin!

Dr. Martin is a great Dentist besides being A Great and rare gentleman. His staff is very courteous and welcoming. One of the staff, Amanda is superbly Nicee person, very helpful all the time. I have been Utilizing Dr. Martin's Practice for over 12 years. I will recommend Dr. Martin to any one needing Dental care.

My sons permanent retainer on his bottom teeth one side came off. I called the office the next day witch was a Friday. First they said no opening until next week. Yes I got upset and they will say that. However, My son would go through the weekend with his bottom retainer one side hanging on. They were able to get him in on Monday. They told him to pull the other side off. When he went for his appointment, not one word there would be a charge! Not even a call to me! Being Dr. Martin put his braces on. I had called the dentist we see now and they upfront on the phone said there would be a charge, I should call the one who put my sons braces on. So Dr.Martins off charged us for both sides, when they told my son to pull the other side off.

Great service and highly recommend! I have had allot of dental work in my lifetime , and have had times when I felt like not so great work was done, but that has never been the case with Dr. Martin, his work is impeccable and he explains what is done and done quickly. You cant go wrong with this place.. highly recommend.

Doctor Martin's office is very professional and my visit was pleasant as usual. Jody always does a fantastic job, her calm demeanor, gentle touch, and soothing voice makes the procedure seem painless.

My children & I were clients for 10+ years but due to a mix up in THEIR accounting department in regards to the dental insurance they sent a $43 bill to collections! Amanda in the billing department is very rude & will not listen to anything you say & just talks over you! Will NEVER return to this office & they lost good clients.

I can not say enough GREAT things about Dr Martin. I am terrified of going to the dentist and he has made the experience so much better. I no longer take valium to get my teeth cleaned. He also helped fix a bad crown that was placed by another dentist and treated me with kindness and respect throughout the entire process. His front office staff is helpful and sweet.

I have a cracked crown and ask Dennis to patch it up for me and told him that I was not interested in amalgam. He said ok and did the work. I later found out from him that he did in fact use amalgam and that the amalgam has fallen off. Dennis is a cool nerd but I just can't recommend him after he put poison in my body after I told him not to. His assistants are awesome and they do a VERY THOROUGH job of cleaning

Reception personnel rude and unhelpful. Charged me almost $150 extra due to there mistake of not having me pay at the time of service. Went in with the $69 coupon which included exam, cleaning, and x-rays. The cleaning was never performed and charged over $200 for x-rays and exam even though I had a coupon. When we called and asked about this after receiving the $200 bill. We were told you have a grace period to pay the $69 and if not paid in that period you would be charged full amount. We were never told this and never signed anything stating this. Office will not honor coupon even though it was honored at time of service. Office is out dated, odor of out dated carpet, and services were uncomfortable and painful with no regard to how the patient was feeling from the doctor or dental assistant. All in all a horrible, uncomfortable, and unreliable service. The office is perfectly accepting of committing the fraud of charging extra when the patient had a coupon and was unaware of the grace period the receptionist told us about when inquiring about our increased bill.

Dr. Martin is a great dentist! he is gentle and thorough. He talks you through the process of what is being done to put you at ease. My entire family go to him. I recommend him to all my friends. Perfect for cowards (like me).

My husband and I have been going to him for several years and have been to both locations. He is very good at what he does and when it is out of his league he gives a great referral to a specialist that can do it. We love the fact that he is honest and explains things so that we understand them. There were two things we were looking for when we changed dentists: 1) whether he took CareCredit which is great to have for unexpected costs especially when you can opt for no interest for up to 18 months on higher amounts; 2) Does root canals/crowns in house even on the back molars so it can be billed to our insurance instead of having to pay it all up front and get reimbursed after like when you go to a specialist. We would definitely recommend him to any of our friends or family members!!

Was referred to Dr Martin by a family member. Was in serious pain, needed a root canal. I am very thankful that he sent me to an endodontist for the actual root canal. However there were serious issues with the crown he placed and the work he did for me. After the temp was removed and the permanent tooth was placed, the tooth he put in my mouth was huge, way out of place. Did not ever feel right. Returned 3 to 4 times in an attempt to let him make it right. The best the tooth had felt within this whole process was shortly after the visit to the endodontist before the temporary crown was placed. I couldn't take the pain any more and hired another dentist. My new dentist took one look at the atrocity and said I'm sorry but that needs to be re done, this was before any x rays or anything else was done. He pulled Dr Martin's permanent crown off and proceeded to dig glue out of my gum for quite some time, so much glue that we actually joked about it for the rest of the appointment. The new dentist informed me that we saved the tooth after all was said and done. I would have complained more and made him redo the crown but I had reached a point where I couldn't let him hurt me any more and hired someone else to fix it. I paid twice for a crown that should have been fixed the first time.
