Finally a dentist office that values patient care. Clean office. Appointments start on time. They use technology to explain/show how your mouth has changed over time. My hygienist, Sadie, rocks! She asks real questions to show she actually cares and makes my mouth feel like there is a party going on.

I love All the staff. They go out of their way to create a customer service focus. Everyone is so friendly. On top of that they do great work that doesn’t hurt. They spend their time to do the work properly while spending time before explaining what they are going to do and after to let you know how it went. They always give you time to ask questions. Most importantly they do not try and talk you into doing work that doesn’t need to be done. They actually have talked me out of procedures that I had been told that I needed done. I cannot recommend this practice enough!! My whole family now goes to them.

Awesome experience. In and out. No pain at all. All the doctors are awesome! And the head assistant is right on top of everything!

Awesum atmosphere with an amazing staff, Gabby and Mazzii are 2nd to none when it comes to taking care of the clients needs, answering questions and getting everything scheduled, I would recommend Fallbrook Family Dentistry to all my people!!!

I have gone to the Milford clinic and then bow Fallbrook. I highly recommend them. I've never had anything short of wonderful amazing service.

It is unfortunate but I have to say "I dont recommend this clinic". I was referred to this clinic via a co-worker of mine, because I had a gap in between two of my bottom teeth. When I went last year 2020 for my first visit they looked my teeth and took multiple x-rays according they told me what would be my payment plan, later on I paid more than expected. The payment for the gap was huge so we agreed to do it the new calendar year so the insurance would cover it and I was surprised that nobody had the plan we talked about and now I needed to go through a new process again which I wont. Just an advice for you tell your clients ahead what their responsibility would be.

My wife had an infection on her tooth and had to be removed immediately. Dr. Jeff Spahr used his lunch break and was able to remove her tooth. We are thankful and appreciative he helped out. We highly recommend Fallbrook Dental.

I was very specific when I made my first appointment that I wanted a cleaning. They ended up doing an hour worth of x rays and said I'd have to have a second appointment for a cleaning and they have to assess my teeth before they can clean them. I also made appointments for my teenagers to get their teeth cleaned, but that would require 6 visits for us to all get cleanings done! Waste of my time!

If I could give a lower star, I would. They performed not routine services on my husband that were not covered by our insurance without telling us they were not covered. When I questioned this, they said it is "our responsibility to know what our insurance covers", not theirs. A good, moral health provider is clear and upfront about costs. Fallbrook Family Dentistry made me feel like I was getting taken advantage of.

Had a tooth extracted back in March and still had pain after it was pulled. They fixed the dry socket. Went in again and was told they don't do after care for there work. Went to another dentist to have the full extraction of the tooth done they missed. And now tooth slivers are still coming up. I would recommend closing the office as amateur dentists don't stay in business very long.

Saw Dr. Cattle and hygienist Kiah who are both fantastic at their jobs! Couldn't be happier with my experience. They treat you personably and with great attention to detail, while also being honest with you about what you actually need and what you can afford to put off, work-wise.

Spent over 2 hours here and didn't get anything done besides X-Rays which they could've just transferred over from my previous dentistry. No cleaning, nothing, just X-Rays after they told me time after time they'd have enough time to get my removal done. The front desk ladies were sweet at least. Haha

I have lived in Lincoln for 5 years now and this was the third dentist I have tried. I am glad that I heard about this place through a flyer at work. From start to finish smiles throughout the building. Normally going to the dentist results in being poked by sharp objects for a long time but the staff at Fallbrook Family Dentistry were kind and professional. Now I actually look forward to the next time I get my teeth cleaned!

I heard of Fallbrook Family Dentistry through a flyer, notifying of new business. I called to schedule for a cleaning. When I came to the appointment, the hygienist showed me around of the new office, sayin they were still in the process of installing things.I said, "Ok". But never once did I hear her or anyone at the reception desk saying any change about my appointment. I was expecting a cleaning. The hygienist took x-ray, which was not done professionally; examined my teeth; took pictures by inserting a small piece of mirror in the mouth (which I found insanitary and extremely uncomfortable). Afterwards the dentist came in, talked, checked. Done. I asked about cleaning. By then, they said they did not have all the equipment to do it. Prior to the appointment, nobody ever called me to notify they would not be able to do the cleaning due to the lack of equipment; neither did they inform me during the appointment until the very end. I find it dishonest business. I would never return to this place again, and would not recommend it to anyone.
