2 stars instead of 1 - the dentist is ok However, this office has a policy that if you make an appointment and come in for that appointment but don't call in to "confirm" your appointment the day before, they will give your slot to someone else and charge you $75. If they're worried about no-shows, charge the people who don't come in for their appointment, not the people who show up in a timely manner but hadn't "confirmed."

After not visiting a dentist for many years, Dr. Kelsey was wonderful! Professional, knowledgeable and compassionate. Sarah the hygienist was pleasant and empathetic. Office staff was friendly and helpful. I definitely recommend Northeast Family Dentistry!

Had my deep cleaning done. Amazing job! No pain and they were very careful and professional. Would recommend to anyone.

Dr Kelsey made me feel so comfortable

Dr. Kelsey was amazing! As a new patient she not only did an extensive exam, but also used an interactive app and pictures to show what my teeth were doing and how to prevent future damage! I felt listened to and well taken care of ☺️

Felt so comfortable during my appointment! They were efficient, kind, and did a great job educating me about gum health! They were able to schedule my fillings quickly after my initial cleaning and did an amazing job numbing and filling my teeth! Such an incredible team!

My oldest son had his first appointment at NorthStar yesterday and he had nothing but great things to say on the way back to school. He mentioned that he got to watch tv, how nice the staff was, and how comfortable and relaxed he felt during the appointment. Will definitely be recommending to friends and family.

All the staff were extremely nice and very helpful. Dr Chris was very thorough and explained everything well, he spent a lot of time with me and didn’t hurry right out. I would recommend this place to others.

This was my first time going to NE Family Dentistry. Dr. Chris was fantastic in his care & I am more than happy with the work he completed! My husband is seeing him as well & he can’t be happier too! I wish we would have found him a long time ago!! He is the best & the staff was very pleasant & helpful as well!! AN AWESOME EXPERIENCE!!!

Chris kept me well informed throughout the process of my root canal. While no one wants to go through this it was as good as it could be under the circumstances

I got to have experiences with both Dr.Kelsey and Dr.Chris. They have both been incredible. They walked me through everything and helped me stay educated on the whole process. My family and I have had the BEST experience, hands down, at Northeast Lincoln Family Dentistry. Both Dr. Chris and Dr. Kelsey have worked with myself and my children, and we adore them. They are both extremely patient, gentle, and care for the well-being of us and our dental care. Their whole staff is very friendly and easy to work with, the environment is clean and comfortable, and their technology is top-notch. I especially appreciate that Dr. Chris and Dr. Kelsey prioritize educating myself and my young kids on how to care for our teeth and gums at home, in between visits. Overall we are very satisfied with NELFD and the dental care we have received there. I highly recommend!

I'm very unhappy with this place, and will not return. The dentist interrogated me about places I've lived, & the assistant seemed a bit, not into it. I went in telling them I needed to get this done before the end of the year, they seemed to be cooperating with that until they cancelled one of my appointments. I made the appointment mid-afternoon on Tuesday with an emphasis on needing to get it done asap. I guess they called to confirm the appointment at 8:30 am the next morning, sort of harassing me, I mean I pushed how important it was to get it done, of course I'm going to be there. Well, my phone is on do not disturb at 8:30 am because of my schedule, and didn't check my phone till that evening, which was probably too late to call into a closed office. So I arrive as scheduled and they say they cancelled my appointment because I didn't confirm, there was no reason for them to be "confirming" an appointment I just made the previous afternoon, just ridiculous. I'm pretty certain I had filled out their forms saying my preferred method of communication was email, but instead they unprofessionally called instead of emailing me. I could have responded if they had emailed me instead of the office staff lazily calling without verifying the preferred contact method. Perhaps intentionally on someone's part I probably wouldn't be able to get the work done before the end of the year, but I was able to get scheduled elsewhere, so if that was their intent, they failed. I'm not a person that lives my life connected to my phone, like the younger generation. I really think it's ridiculous to think they needed to confirm an appointment that was just made the previous afternoon, and decide to cancel without making at least one more attempt to contact me, via my preferred contact method.

Hands down the best dental office in Lincoln. Every time I come in all of the staff makes me feel very welcome. I can’t thank Dr. Kelsey enough for helping make my Invisalign journey such a breeze!
