TERRIBLE place to go. Received a bill in the mail 2 weeks ago for a charge from 02/2018. When I called asking why this is the first time I’m seeing this, the lady just made excuses like they got a new head of billing in 2020 and they transferred to a new billing system, so that makes logical sense as to why I’m seeing this bill 4 years later. When I asked for an itemized statement to be emailed, they just sent the converted balance with nothing else on it so that’s a red flag. When I called today to pay off the balance she processed it for the wrong amount then said they can’t figure out where the other $3 came from so they were just going to write it off, also super professional. When I called the first time, I updated my phone number then when I called today they told me they didn’t have a phone number for me. This place is the true definition of unprofessional.

I was there 2 1/2 hours to replace a crown. I saw the actual Dr 45 minutes combined. They wasted time and didn't prioritize because they were checking other patients. I left paying $344.50 upfront before insurance. My time is extremely important.
