I had a same-day crown. My comfort was important to them. Everything was thoroughly explained, and my questions were answered. Katie and the office staff are awesome. Scheduling was easy. I had a lot of text communication about forms, billing and appointment reminders. Katie worked to get me a one-day procedure instead of having an additional appointment for evaluation. I was trying to minimize time off work. The explanation of the billing was clear. It was a LOT! Overall, happy with them.

This is one of the most well-run businesses along with such a caring staff I have ever had the pleasure to be a customer at!! The staff at the front, especially Katie, are amazing at working with times to schedule and reschedule, and they’re willing to communicate with you in the way that works best for you and your schedule! I love Dr. Mimi Long and Carly. I’m not a huge fan of getting my teeth worked on, but I do look forward to going to see them!! Never have I ever been around professionals that have so many patients that remember and ask about your life in such detail - such awesome and genuine people. They all do their best to make you feel homey and welcome! 10/10 would recommend!!

Every single person who works here is incredible. From the ladies at the front desk to the dental assistants to the dentist himself! I hadn't been to a dentist in years and went in incredibly nervous about all the work I needed done. They put me at ease, found me the lowest pricing, worked on my mouth expertly and efficiently and I walked out the door feeling so much better and excited for my next checkup. I would absolutely recommend Star City Dental to everyone!

I have been a client of Star City Dental for over 5 years and never cross my mind to switch to other places. It’s clean in the inside and they are using modern technologies. All of the staff are friendly and of course I like their gorgeous smiles. Sarah is my hygienist and like her a lot. Very friendly and easy to get along with.
