Give me hope then take it away it about the money not about helping I pay all my bills I have no outstanding bills snotty to my wife and they don't like it when I got upset with them I Guarantee I would not use them

The staff is friendly, and the work I've had done is always top notch. As long as I live here, this will be the dentist I use.

DO NOT GO HERE!!! Long story short, I had a filling fixed here and have been in pain ever since. I went back to have them check it out where they were so incredibly rude to me and did not listen to me when I described the pain I was in. I could not chew or drink, my my whole mouth was throbbing. I went and got a second opinion and now have to pay out of pocket for a root canal to fix this error. I understand that unfortunate mistakes happen, but what I can not deal with is rudeness. It sounds like after asking around, that I am not the first person that has been treated like this. The dental hygienist crew was amazing and my teeth felt clean. They did an outstanding job. The other experiences however, not great at all.

Very rude and unprofessional. Do not go here. They over charge you and will fail to communicate or take steps to refund what has been overpaid. Miss 1 appointment they charge you 100$ no show and will deny rescheduling.

My husband and I had a truly pleasant experience at Flatrock Family Dentistry. The hygienists were gentle yet thorough. Dr. Walrod and staff were exceptional, professional, and friendly!

They are all very nice. Very clean office..Great work on my all my dental ..

In my defense of Marty Crowell's comment. I was nice to you from day one, you refused to hear anything I had to say. I understand the situation, and that you had paid for shotty work in Florida, and that you could not afford to pay for a replacement in our office when it finally failed you. This is no fault of mine, nor any of our staff. Calls to our office never go directly to the Doctor, and when you did not get your way, you proceeded to talk down to me and call me names. I will not be bullied, and work too hard to be pushed around by angry people. I try my best every day to help everyone I can, but I have my limits. Just because I am a receptionist and work in customer service does not mean I am your doormat. If that is the way you treat people when you don't get your way, you will find more doors than mine closed. Julie Walrod

I had a bridge put in a year and a half ago by a dentist in Florida and they are supposed to last for several years. My bridge was loose I went to flatrock to have him remove it and have it replaced back in place. The dentist Mr Derek Walrod was very nice. He told me it could not be replaced in my mouth and that I had to have it removed and a new appliance would be placed in. I was quoted at $5800.00. I didn't have that amount of cash on hand he told me to come back in 6 months and then he would do it after I secured the funds. I left and 2 weeks later my bridge came out so I had no teeth in my front of my mouth to be exact 5 teeth were missing. I called and spoke to Julie which is the rudest secretary in the whole world. She told me the dentist would not put it back in place and I had to get the new appliance for my mouth I explained it had only been 2 weeks and that I was waiting for 6 months. Julie thinks she's the owner of this office and told me the dentist would not help me unless I spent $5800.00. I begged with her almost in tears regarding this issue.. I couldn't believe I was being forced to get a new appliance when these are supposed to last for years. I called Dr Betcher of Apex Dental and he had never seen me before. He got me in that morning and cleaned the appliances off and recemeted it back in place and only charged me $235.00 this was way better than $5800.00. Flatrock Dental is a scam they try to have you spend unnecessary money that's not needed. I would recommend you to go to Apex Dental. Julie is the horiblest person in the world and has no compassion for patients needs and just trying to get your money. I begged to speak to the dentist to speak with him in person and she refused. Today I get a letter saying they no longer wanted me as a patient. I would pull all my teeth out with pliers before I would go to Flatrock Dental. Dont go to this horrible place..

Absolutely love Flatrock and everyone who works there! It’s a super clean office, the staff is always friendly and ready to help, and Dr. Walrod is very knowledgeable and goes above and beyond to make sure you’re comfortable. My whole family has switched to Dr. Walrod from another dentist in town and we couldn’t be happier!!

I have heard so many good things about this dentist, I am from NE possibly returning soon. I will definitely transfer my family's records here. Thanks for speaking with me and spending the time to answer my questions.

Very clean atmosphere, great staff, very easy to talk to and great dentist. I would highly recommend! I asked what insurance pays and what my copays would be for services. They were very prompt in answering my questions. If you are unsure of what your copays is, ask! It's that simple! Every office has easy payment plans available and will talk to you about your options! They will serve their customers correctly and not keep you in the dark! Now only if they could change the food and drink policy in their lobby, that would be great!!! Kidding! Great job Dr. And staff!!!

Dr. Walrod has been my dentist for over 10 years. I have a mouth that is very difficult to work in and he has always shown great patience. He always tries to give me the most affordable solutions for my dental work and is willing to go the extra mile to make sure I am happy with any work I’ve has done. His ability to create crowns in office has been wonderful for me. It has definitely cut down on the amount of visits that I have to make to the office in order to have work done. He has even gone so far as to check in on me over the weekend if I have just had something done. I have even had after hour office visits in order to have work done in an emergency situation. His staff has always been super friendly and helpful as well. They offer a very personal experience in a dental office.

DO NOT GO!! That dentist made my grandmother cry!! He DOES NOT deserve to be working with patients. HE IS RUDE!!! The assistants were kind but receptionist was rude as well. When I had work done I could feel him drilling so I told him and he said "no you can't." and continued to drill ... excuse me!? yes I can!.... I will never step foot in there again.

This is a great place to go if you are needing work done on your teeth or cleaned. They are professional and very informative when it comes to questions that I have. This place doesn't take forever as you go in and check in, go back and get your x-rays done, teeth cleaned, get checked out by the doctor, signed out and go on your way. The most it takes is 40-45 minutes and you are done for cleaning. Definitely recommend him to anyone.

Great staff Dr Walrod is awesome ...had little to no pain after having teeth pulled and thankful I did my dentures here and not out of town as I have to go almost weekly for adjustments but that is normal

Terrable customer service. Been thier for years also . They are discriminatory to thier clients. Go somewhere else .you beeen warned. Good luck.
