This dentist is fine if you have a normal appointment but are apathetic to patients and their needs if you call in with a tooth emergency. Twice I have called them with tooth pain. The first time they were supposed to call in a prescription for painkillers and antibiotics but never did until several days later and they never called me back after I left them a message about not having my prescription called in. Thankfully I was able to get help from another doctor. The second time I called in with an extreme toothache and not only did they take forever to return my call they offered no help. The only suggestion was to use mouthwash and floss. These do NOTHING for pain. I made sure to express how much pain I was in but they only replied with “oh well, sorry. We’ll call you on Monday”. So I’m supposed to wait around in extreme pain until Monday and over the counter pain meds do nothing. Never mind that I’m four month pregnant and in so much pain. Glad they’re so concerned about their patients.

Horrible care from Erica, I called in at 8:30 with a horrible tooth ache, she told me she would call me back after talking to the dentist, I called back after not hearing anything at 9:30 got told the same thing. Waited patiently with an extremely throbbing tooth until 11:30 & called back & Erica was extremely rude and hung up on me after I told her I thought it was very rude and unkind of her to not call me back for 3 hours. She tried to tell me the dentist was with a patient since 7:45 & hadn’t had a break. I worked in a dental office for over 5 years & know that’s the biggest lie ever. Not the first time I’ve had issues there I quit going there four years ago when my children had a bad experience there with the older dr Weber. Only reason I was going to try to get in with them is cause my current dentist is out fo town at a convention and won’t be back until Monday. Do not recommend this place at all!
