40th & Dodge Family Dentistry

Im writing this review as I have not been here yet, but wanted to inform others of my first impressions upon calling to book/ and cancel an appointment. Im sure the quality of service is great, i had scheduled an apt that day in spot for a cancelled person but after 10 min i called them back with no answer and left them a message about my situation (i did not want to bring 2 babies alone to the apt) and how I would like to rebook for a different day. They ended up calling me back AT my appointment time asking where I was, and i explained that I had left a message, as nobody answered. She then proceeded to tell me its very busy and asked if i called over lunch and what time i called, and I told her about 10am (10min after i booked it). She then proceeded to sigh to me over the phone and bluntly say "ok well i guess call us when you have a babysitter." No option to rebook (as i wanted to on my message left). Overall the interaction was uncomfortable and I will be choosing to go elsewhere.

Dr. Belling is highly qualified, and compassionate. Therefore, I have no pain or discomfort during procedures. His staff is professional and highly competent soy insurance gets filed correctly and I know what to expect before any procedure. I highly recommend Dr Belling!

I went in for my left tooth, but they worked on the right teeth. Now, I just have uncontrollable pain on my right back tooth. I went in and shaved it down, but now the pain is back! I won't let them work on my left side. I'm scared to go back to the dentist now. They assigned me a dentist who was not in my network, so I'm capped on my insurance for this year.

Awesome and kind hygienist front desks clerks help you with all necessary information and paperwork. At this dental office your not rushed and the Dentist was gentle and very professional. I would definitely recommend this Dentist, Belling was an amazing awesome human being!!! He made sure i was comfortable and he makes it easier for me to start trusting dentists again.

They do not have any clue on how to file a claim with insurance companies. They do not like to pick up the phone I have spent the last 5-10 minutes trying to call them. They picked up the phone and hung up picked up the phone and hung up the phone and pick up the phone and hung up and no one say hello to answer the phone. When you try to address it to them they constantly get mad and interrupt you when you're trying to explain something to them on how to file a claim and then they hang up on you. They are very unprofessional they do not know how to do their job.

Dr Belling is always patient with me and explains what is happening during the procedure. I highly recommend this practice and the dentist.

I had a hard time finding a dentist. I was able to make a appointment in a very short time. The ladies at the office are very nice. The dentist did a very good job of fixing my teeth. They also told me now much my insurance would cover and what I had left.

I’ve been to numerous dentist offices throughout my 40 plus years and I’ve never been treated with such grace and understanding in an office. From the moment I walk in until I leave I see nothing but smiling faces and upbeat spirits. I have been in the office bright and early and also late in the evening and the attitudes and amount of attention they give is unchanging. They (all of the staff) make going to the dentist a pleasure literally I love it there and I’m so glad my son and I found them ❤️

I have seen all three dentists and had great experiences each time. Great service and awesome care. Their prices are fair and they make it as painless as possible!
