I have always had bad teeth because of antibiotics and having a weakened immunity system as a child. Therefore I have disliked going to the dentist. Now at almost 73 yrs old I still have some fear. I went to Aspen Dental in Omaha. I was very pleased with the dentist! He was very gentle and kind. I was very releaved. It didn't hurt like I thought it would even when I had Lidocaine injected. Very impressed. I have had so much pain in my life from car accident's to Polio (at 2 yrs old) and many broken bones. Thank you Aspen Dental for your kindness. From an old scared lady!

Great staff very friendly..

Dentist visits can cause a lot of people anxiety but the way everything was done for my visit kept me in a good head space. Good staff.

Was low staffed today, but everyone was great, and like normal for a low staff day lots of hiccups. We have all had those days and they handled it amazingly. I adore both the doctors at this location.

I have always had really bad anxiety when it came to the dentist. But the staff at this office did an amazing job to ease my anxiety. I went in for an exam, and left with an appointment to get my wisdom teeth out 4 hours later. Came back for my appointment and my surgeon and his staff did a phenomenal job to help me remain calm and get me out of there quickly. I will forever recommend this clinic for anyone who needs a good dentist

Jake was extremely patient with me as I was very anxious to get extensive dental work done. I would rate his service as top notch. The billing is what I have a problem with. I was charged $3434 on a credit care card before work was done. Which isn't a huge issue as they probably had to secure funds. They charged what my estimated cost was After my insurance. My insurance covered more than they estimated. I only owe $836. So I was overcharged $2,560. My work was completed in April and I have been trying to get this resolved since. It is now the end of September and I continue to get the run around. I have to pay on the card they charged it to even though I have already paid what I owe or it will tank my credit. The financial situation seems fraudulent. I am also paying interest on the higher amount instead of what I actually owed. Now I am pretty sure they are screening my phone calls. I can call all day and not get through. As soon as I call from my work cell phone which is not attached to their systems they pick up and then act annoyed that it's me. I debated for a long time posting a review to hope they would sort it out but I can see now that once they have the money it is not a priority to fix their mistakes. So I am hoping to save someone else from the same situation.

Waited a long time. Appointment at 5pm wasn’t seen until 5:25. Didn’t get out of the office until6:40.

This place is idiotic!! I told them my back Moller had cracked in half and I needed an antibiotic first because the swelling was to bad to open my mouth for the x-ray's, they said okay, and when I got there they said unless we can take the x-rays first, We can't write you a prescription for the antibiotics you'll have to go to your family physician, What? This place had many bad reviews and now I see why.

Friendly, professional staff that are down-to-earth, efficient, and put you at ease! Dr. Fischer was informative, friendly, and non-judgmental. Highly recommended!

Would give zero if that were an option. When you have people schedule appointments you should really ask them first, and you should last minute change it to the point we have 15 mins until the appointment to make a 30min drive. You also should NEVER remove someone as a patient just because the complained to higher ups regarding your bad scheduling practices in this office. This isn't how you should treat anyone let alone someone who vocalized they were in pain regarding their TMJ.

Was a great experience. Just moved to the area and needed a new dentist and I will definitely be staying with them. They understand my work schedule and totally willing to work around it. Everyone was friendly and very polite and they have different options to help pay what insurance won't cover.
