Our family has been going here for16 years. Dr. Chadwell is very knowledgeable, listens to your concerns/questions, and cares about your dental health. In addition to her being our dentist, we consider her our friend. Definitely recommend! We've been going to Chadwell Family Dentistry since it opened and have always been very pleased with them. Even after our insurance changed, and they were no longer in our network, we didn't want to change dentists, so we stayed. No regrets, we love it here.

Dr. Chadwell and her team have always made me feel comfortable. They are open for questions, provide suggestions for procedures along with suggestions for oral care throughout the year. Their patience and kindness have continued over the years and I'm very happy I found them once I moved to Omaha.

I had my six month check-up and was overwhelmed by the awesome care and experience! I was first taken care of by one of the dental hygienists wherein she took x-rays and prep me for the dentist to clean my teeth. She was very nice and very professional, always with the underlying message of making sure I was okay and asking if I needed anything. The dentist then cleaned my teeth and she did an amazing job!! She took the time and she was also very nice and professional, again always concerned if I needed anything and was doing alright. When she was finished, the hygienist polished my teeth and I was finished with my appointment. I can’t say enough good things about Chadwell. They are an amazing group of people who take care of their clients beyond measure. I look forward to being a life-long patient of Chadwell Family Dentistry. ❤️

Very friendly and welcoming staff. I’ve always had bad anxiety when it came to going to the dentist but they’re very reassuring, gentle, and explain anything I ask in a way I understand. They also add a personal touch every time and surprise me with how much they remember about me and build good customer relationships.

Dr Chadwell has a great practice where you get one on one attention. It's really nice to have the office to ourselves during our appointment time. I had 4 of my children (11, 8, 5, 2 months) with me and she was able to get their teeth cleaned and examined and then they could stay in the waiting area and play while I got my cleaning and exam done. The kids love the treasure box and the helium balloons. I like that Dr Chadwell is conservative when it comes to recommending treatment--my son had some cavities on his baby molars and she said we could either fill them or help him establish better brushing habits to hopefully keep the decay isolated to the baby teeth and protect his permanent molars coming in.
