Great group of people! Everyone was so nice! Explained everything step by step. Took time to answer any questions I had, I didn't feel rushed at all. They took time to get my dental care plan together and broke all the pricing down so there were no surprises ahead. I would definitely recommend! 10/10

Excellent experience! From the moment I walked in, the staff was warm and welcoming. It’s very evident they know people don’t love going to the dentist and they’ve made every effort to make it as enjoyable as possible. The facility is immaculate, they use all the latest technology, the entire staff is helpful and kind to one another and the dentists are knowledgeable and honest about work you need and work you don’t need immediately. If I had one critique, it’s that I was there for about 2.5 hours for this first visit. The exam and cleaning were very thorough but it was still abnormally long. I had to rearrange some things in my afternoon because I was not prepared for the length of the visit. Aside from that, I will absolutely be back and would highly recommend to any family or friends who are in need of an exceptional dental care experience.

The staff here was extremely knowledgeable and took time to explain everything. They were very kind and informative. If you have any anxiety about the dentist then this is the place to go for a calming and supportive environment. The technology is cutting edge and painless. I was beyond impressed with this facility and look forward to future visits.

I was in the market for a new dentist and decided to check out Legacy Dental. I have been blown away with how amazing my experience has been. The staff is extremely nice and welcoming. They were very accommodating during my appointment and offered a blanket if I got cold and gave me headphones to watch Netflix. I would definitely recommend Dr. Semerad! Also if you love dogs, Legacy Dental is the place for you! During my office visit today, I got to meet the office coordinator, Shawna’s puppy. SO cute! They also have an in office therapy dog named Hershey! So if you are in the market to find a new dentist, check out Legacy Dental. You won’t regret it! :)

Legacy Dental is really exceptional! They are so thorough and seem to have thought of everything to make the experience comfortable. Tina is amazing!

Update: After disputing this collections account I received notification from the billing associate and the owner that there was an innaccuracy on the account they had sent to collections and that instead of pulling it out of collections and handling it with us as they should have in the first place, they are just going to update the balance with the collections company. Even when they are proven wrong and have the opportunity to make it right, they still don't. Update: I used to love this place and said so in my first review. However, I have to report that the billing department is a disaster. My husband had a simple cleaning done last year and this visit was supposed to be covered at 100%. Fast forward to this July, I received a statement for over $500 when neither of us have been there in a year. I called Legacy to figure out what was going on on July 28th of 2022 and spoke to Kathy for 11 minutes about why we had these charges and she could not answer my questions because she "couldn't find the information" so she said she would call me back. I heard nothing and received no statements for the following four months, so my mistake, I assumed they had misapplied a payment and moved on. Fast foward to today, I received a notification that my credit score had dropped 40+ points because Legacy Dental reported me to collections. I am so upset for so many reasons. Number one, this is not even my account, it is my husbands, but they reported it to my credit. Number two, I never received that follow up phone call. Number three, when I spoke to Kathy today, not only did she not even bother to apologize for her error, she had the nerve to tell me the phone works both ways and I should have called her back! I can't believe the poor service and lack of professionalism I experienced today. If you value your credit score, I would be very careful using this company because they do not care. Honestly, I enjoyed my visit to the dentist. No, really … I did. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. The facility was clean and well organized. They set me on a plan that is comprehensive; that I feel is manageable.

We love the dental care we receive at Legacy. Staff is wonderful, caring and professional. We always receive follow up calls to check on our recovery.
