Didn’t want to help I was under a lot of pain

Friendly staff and highly competent doctors! I came in hoping to have a cracked crown repaired, and the doctor took the time to answer all my questions about the different materials and procedures for crowns. I got a replacement instead of a repair and have had no issues with it at all. I appreciate people with a positive attitude and a desire to meet my needs. This dental office has got that.

I have been to GVMD in the past and there was always a bit of upselling but I would just refuse. Dentistry and cleanings were good. But after a number of years of not coming into this dentist I can back for the $59 checkup and cleaning. Staff were friendly and on time to start my appointment. I was X-rayed and then went for my checkup. All good so far. Then Dr Lowe came in and did my checkup. Ok. Now she states that we really should do a deep-cleaning and that they have time to do it that day. I really just wanted a regular cleaning. But she states that regular cleanings will not help and that if I do a deep clean my gums will improve. So I ask how much this will be and she states that she will get the front desk staff to price it out. So 15 minutes later a nice lady comes in and on the screen in front of me she lists the pricing. Oh for good measure they listed some crowns that may need replacing ( apparently there is some sign of minor cavities). Now if I buy insurance with them I get a bunch of discounts but suddenly looking at over $3000! The deep cleaning was going to be $1000 with the discount. So I decline, then have to sign off saying I decline. I just want a regular cleaning. So a hygienist comes in (Alvaro?) and rushes through the cleaning. I felt like I had no trust in this practice any more.

This was the best experience at a dental office, from a-z True professional's Dr Low was very nice and took the time to communicate. The equipment they use is super hi tech and not from the 1970's I was truly amazed how cool equipment worked instant results. The whole team was friendly and professional.

Always warm and friendly. Very good at what they do. Everyone is great at what they do so glad I found them 👍🏽.

I spent the entire night unable to sleep and in extreme pain. My root canal went so smooth that I kept falling asleep. 10/10

Staff is rude and I have been shuffled around through 3 dentists since I started going there 4 years ago. Billing isn't right either. 3 staff members are rude. I'm taking my business elsewhere.

Great staff, clean office. Real nice place to get your teeth needs taken care of. Dentists are all good! Dental hygienist are all excellent!

Called for an emergency extraction woman on the phone couldn't tell me if they took my insurance or not and couldn't give a price if i paid cash for the extraction so no help at all

This was my second time to GVMD, and this place is great! So different from what I had in the past, not complaining, but the name "modern" speaks volumes. The front desk, technician, and dentist are awesome, very kind. Highly recommended, especially if you're looking for a new dentist!

Jose was able to schedule my son efficiently. We checked in - quick and efficient. My son was taken care of after his wisdom teeth extraction. Thank you Dr Bush and Jose!

Office staff are incredibly nice. My dental hygienist Chelsea was incredible and very friendly! She was amazing though the whole process 10/10!

Horrible place that will try to say you need a bunch of work done to get you to pay for more. Also, who makes patients sign an agreement without letting them read or review it??? All Pacific Dental Service offices are a complete scam and try to upsell you. Aces dental is amazing and I’ll never go anywhere else.
