My wife and I had an annual exam yesterday. Green Valley Smiles entire staff was excellent. The front desk, Christina and Brenda’s knowledge of my insurance benefits ensured that we received top quality dental work. DMD Velayo showed great concern for my dental wellness as it related to my other medical conditions. Every stage of our visit was outstanding. Green Valley Smiles is next level dentistry and a game changer for my families continued wellness.

I have been struggling with clenching & grinding my teeth during the day and at night, which leads to jaw pain, head aches & migraines. I received botox with Dr. Velayo this past Friday. The discomfort was relieved nearly immediately! 10/10 recommend!!

My dentist is Bianca Velayo, whose both professional and friendly. My husband and I had such a poor experience at a past dentist office near Henderson Hospital. However, Dr. Bianca changed our experience. After going year's without crowns, Bianca entered us into a raffle and we were selected for Cerec Crowns. It has been exactly 1-month and 2 days since my new crowns. I haven't felt this good in years. The ENTIRE staff is amazing. The billing department is very ethical and great at their job. My amazing hygienist was Keosha Alcinnat. My teeth feel brand new. I truly love this location. What took years at another dental office, took only a day at GVSD. I highly recommend. My husband loves this office, too. Ps. Sorry, I'm doing a review so much later. I've been having fun with my new crowns. I enjoyed ice cream on my birthday. I haven't been able to do that in years, using both sides of my mouth. Also, when I tell people I have crowns, they can't believe it because they match the rest of my teeth. So natural, strong, and appealing. Thank you!!!

Don’t think I’ve ever felt more at ease at any dentist office. I went on a very busy day as a new patient but front desk was very apologetic for any long wait times. The fact that they even addressed it was very nice of them. (Had really only been there for 20mins tops) Nadine did my X-rays. She knew exactly what she was doing and instructed me very well on how to position myself so she can get the best images. She was very kind, and gentle (made friendly comments about my nails). A lot of the time, dentist’s office staff tend to be moody/unhappy due to the high stress environment, but this is not the case here at all. Nadine seemed to actually like her line of work. And that’s what makes a long lasting Impression. Dr. Estrada was so through and did a very comprehensive exam. He checked my gum health, checked for cavities and addressed all my questions and concerns. (I had quite a few curiosities, but Dr. Estrada didn’t hesitate) I had recently chipped a tooth and not only did he give me multiple options to resolve my issue, he was insightful and honest about which option may be best in the long run. I really appreciated that he educated me. He is super friendly and he fixed my tooth right during that visit (saved me a trip back). I will definitely be recommending Dr. Estrada and Green Valley smiles to my friends and family.

Smiles is Amazing!! I just moved to Henderson from out of state and did not have a dentist. I was in extreme pain and a friend recommended Smiles. I called immediately and Chelsea answered and got me in within 2 hours with Dr Rolanda Chung. When I went in Chelsea was at the front desk, being in the pain I was in, made it very easy to register and get in right away. I had to get X-rays first with the pain I was in Kevin, who did the X-rays made it painless which it always painful anyway to get them. He was very gentle and kind. Then Dr. Chung came in right away and was very sympathetic and took her time going through everything. She also knew what she was doing and I felt more then comfortable with her. It came to I need two extractions right away. My teeth were extremely infected. I was I tears because the teeth that I need to get pulled you are able to see the missing teeth when you smile. My teeth are the most important to me out of everything and then started hysterically crying in the chair. Dr. Chung stayed with me then Chelsea came in and they calmed me down and were right there for me. At the end, Chelsea stayed with me and had to go over my insurance and price that I would have to pay. I did not have the money on how expensive it would be and Chelsea worked with me on the price so I am able to get it done. I do not like dentists at all Smiles and the whole staff went way out of there way for me to calm me down and make everything more comfortable. I have never been to a dentistry place like Smiles. If you need just a checkup or anything more and especially your in a lot of pain, absolutely go to Dr. Chung, talk to Chelsea at the front desk and go to Kevin for X-rays. A just expanded full service dental practice. I've been a patient since December 2017 and have had procedures including an implant.

This place is a well oiled machine. The staff are very professional and timely. My hygienist Lori Fagundes and assistant Nini were thorough at explaining procedures and took the time to answer my questions. The front desk is always very nice and friendly. Dr. Estrada was friendly and took the time to explain procedures and answered my questions. Always a positive experience for going to the dentist.

I always have a great experience at this office. The staff is very friendly. Scheduling appointments is a breeze and they are very informative about the services they offer. Lori Fagundes and her assistant Nini were helpful and most accommodating for my needs. I would recommend this dentistry.

Love this place! Been going since 2021 and never had a bad experience and everyone is so kind. Really recommend Dr. Velayo as she is so sweet and informative! Very clean and the new remodel is very appealing and makes the office look brighter.

Every staff that I encountered with is, approachable, caring and took their time to listen !!!!!

What an amazing crew of people! Been going to this dentistry for years and have always had the best experience. Highly recommend Stefanie & Nini. They’re personalities and diligence to make my experience worth it is why I keep coming back. I can also name Sharmaine as being very skilled and always makes sure I understand what’s going on with my teeth as well as great pointers. I could go on all day about these people, the front office with Amber and Avonika have been amazing. Very personable. And if I missed you I did not forget about you. Highly recommend 11/10!!

I had Lori Fagundes as my hygienist for my deep cleaning and she was fantastic. Kind, informative, and friendly.

I would like to express my sincere appreciation, gratitude and respect for the staff at Green Valley Smiles. Avonika did my scheduling with professionalism, flexibility and worked within my time frame and my availability. She was warm and friendly. The next person I met was my DA Ruby who expressed knowledge, professionalism and care. My Dentist Dr Hoyle in my opinion is a miracle worker, artist and possesses a natural ability to make a diagnosis quickly, thoroughly and with compassion and understanding of his pt’s needs. I was extremely anxious about even scheduling an exam because I was really embarrassed of my teeth, but they made everything so easy every step of the way. The office is super clean, high tech, and efficient. Every staff member that I worked with was so patient and kind. Dr. Velayo took the time to explain what she found and made it very clear that we can do things at my own pace. The woman with the gray glasses, who did my x-rays, was so sweet and quick. Sam really helped me to understand my bill and low key gave me a little pep talk. And Christina was so nice, she scheduled my exam in like 5 seconds. The staff genuinely seems like kind people! Not once did I feel judged or uncomfortable. Their office is completely out of the way for me, but it’s worth the drive. They took my insurance, but I’m pretty sure the cash pay exam price was pretty affordable. I’ll definitely be recommending this office to my friends and family 😁

Everyone here is absolutely amazing!! From the people working the front desk, all the assistants, and Dr. Chung and Dr. Valeyo. They explain everything, answering any and all questions, and make you feel so comfortable with the whole experience.They even make my 6year old feel at ease. Hands down the best dentist office I've ever been to!!

Dr estrada is an amazing dentist. Very gentle and caring. He saw my 4 year old son for his exam and cleaning. My son had a great time. Dr estrada did not rush through the appointment, he took his time to make sure Keanu was comfortable with each step of the exam and cleaning. Dental assistants Nini and Sam were amazing taking pictures and x-rays, and brought Keanu a balloon when he was all done. dental assistant Mark came and helped Keanu take pictures of his teeth, too. Nicole up front checked us in quickly and let me know the cost beforehand. Many other dental assistants and other doctors in the office went out of their way to come say hello to Keanu and give him smiles and attention. Such a warm and caring, comfortable office!

i first time visit this office today, but it was a horrible experience, hope they were confessing what they did on me.
