5 Star Dental Implant & Cosmetic Dentistry

I had a deep clean and a filling done with Dr. Kyrillos recently and it was great! She was extremely gentle and very thorough. I actually fell asleep for most of the procedure. The office staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. I also find it very helpful that they qualified me and figured out a treatment plan for the future based on my needs. For the first time in my life, I am looking forward to my next dental appointment.

I have been going to Dr. Tran for a long time and have always recommended him to others. He truly is great at what he does, always improving, and will answer any questions you have. Great doctor, great staff, great customer care. If you're looking for a new dental office this is the place to go!

These guys really are 5 STAR! I have been a patient of Dr. Phong for over a year. I love everything about their practice. Their office, the location, parking, the lobby, the facilities, and yes the dental chair / office. The staff is SO friendly and welcoming. Their communication is on point and they run a tight ship. I was sent multiple appointment reminders and a breakdown of all of the work to be done. The dental work is amazing. Dr. Phong is very attentive and patient. He checked in constantly for any discomfort and made any accommodations and ensured I was always comfortable. You can’t go wrong with Dr. Phong! Love these guys. So glad I found a great dentist after moving to Las Vegas!

I always dread going to the dentist. Dr. Phong and his staff definitely make the experience a lot more pleasant. He is very gentle and has a great sense of humor. Everyone in this office is very friendly and takes customer service very seriously. I am recruiting my whole family and friends to go to this office. Got my retainers today. Completed my 20 weeks of invisaligns. Now I have a prettier smile :) 5 star dental is where I go and have been going for almost 4 1/2 years. I plan to bring my kids in the future when they are old enough as well. Dr. Phong is the best dentist I've ever had. The staff there is also lovely and a pleasure. And they do and outstanding job with helping assisting with financial assistance to help you make small payments instead of one large sum at one time.

This place is ok if you are rich they really care about making a dollar off your pain.

I highly recommend 5 Star Denatel! My husband and I were recently on vacation in Las Vegas. While on the plane my husband had a horrible tooth ache. He was in so much pain. They were the only place open on a holiday weekend. The staff was great and very professional. Got my husband taken care of with short notice and out quickly. By doing so we were able to enjoy the rest of our vacation. Thank you again for taking care of my husband! The only dentist we will see! if we ever need one while in Vegas!

Horrible experience I came here and the Asian dentist damaged my front gums in between my front teeth that even to this day it is swollen and bleeds I now have to get a specialist to help me. She messed up my gums and teeth. She was rushing me and I between chatting with a friend horrible

I started going to this office after a military annual exam. Very minimal pain from needles! That is ultra important to me. The staff is friendly, the Doc is too! I have had a crown put in and 3 cavities filled. I will be having my daughter come here as well. Worth checking out. Don't think you will be disappointed. Follow up from last post. Just got my teeth cleaned. this is the first dental office I've been to that takes their time with you. Dr. Phong Tran Cao and the staff are all very user friendly and personable. It doesn't feel like I am just another number on the waiting list.

Dr. Phong, Office Manager, Helen, and all the ladies are so warm and welcoming. I was absolutely terrified of the dentist before my experience with 5 Star Dental. Terrified of the potential pain to mouth and pocket. Helen is very skilled at meeting all patients where they are and assuring them that she and Dr. Phong will provide the most gentle and comprehensive care. Helen eased my mind regarding the cost of treatment by thoroughly reviewing my insurance coverage to maximize its contributions and minimize my out of pocket payments. The office is very intimate, welcomuing, and quite Zen. Despite other patients being served, everyone made me feel as if I were their only priority. Dr. Phong is thorough with his assessment and provides a detailed step by step treatment plan for you to meet your personal dental needs. This made me very comfortable and confident that things weren't as bad as I thought. He and his team are the most gentle practitioners and truly care for the comfort of their patients. I am so grateful to have found 5 Star Dental. They have single handedly changed how I view dentistry and highlighted the advancement of the technology in the science of Dentistry. Dentist was very insistent on doing dental implants for my wife because from a business perspective he would make more money that way.

The dentist spent about an hour talking about my xrays, explaining that my bone was right at my enamel (which is great), my gums were there and healthy, then told me what he recommended. He recommended a deep clean, or a planning and scaling with gingival irrigation. I was a bit confused because he had just told me my bone and gums were fine. He then showed me the plaque that was below my gums on the X-ray. I asked how far below, and he couldn't tell me because gums don't show on X-rays. He recommended again a deap clean. I told his office staff that my insurance does not cover the deep cleaning and I would like a normal cleaning for now and I would make an appointment later for the deep clean. The woman at the desk then told me they wouldn't ''polish" my teeth because I have plaque that needs to be scrapped off, and I might as well go home and brush my teeth twice. So I asked if they were refusing to clean my teeth, and she said no, but we will only do a deep clean. I have now researched the procedure they wanted to do, and I can't figure out why they thought I needed it. He never even examined my teeth, except to take a picture of a cavity. Don't go here unless you want them to push every extra thing they can to make money.

I came to Dr. Phong for full dental examination for myself and my son, also to get second opinion. I was not happy with my previous dentist and kids dental office as well. We had an amazing experience at 5 STAR DENTAL! We got all information we needed, received treatment plan, recommendations and explanations regarding current condition. Dr. Phong and his assistant was very patient and took time explain X-rays, make all photos and answered all questions. We are solid patients of 5 STAR DENTAL now.

I love coming to this office. The staff is extremely nice and helpful. Never before have I had a dentist actually sit down and explain in detail my xrays and my case. I used to hate going to the dentist and now I look forward to seeing Dr Phong and his staff.
