Lisa was my assistant. Rick was my doctor. Both of them were amazing, especially after I told them about my terrible first experience with dental surgery with Novocaine. They took into consideration I'm a marijuana smoker and that my Novocaine wore off during my first surgery. They reassured me that Rick is the best at pain management. I came in with a decaying wisdom tooth and a ton of pain, and they immediately took action after the x rays, which I appreciate a lot. The whole office staff is very kind and welcoming. It is very clear they care about their patients and patient comfortability. Procedure was fast and easy (on my end).

Dr. Rick and his dental assistant, Lisa, provided exceptional service that was both friendly and professional. I am special, that's what Accelerated Dental tells me each and every time during my scheduled appointment there I believe they know what their talking about, because now when I look at myself staring in my bathroom sink mirror , there Iam with a great big smiley face looking back at myself.. And feeling nothing less,how special it is too smile once more .. Now all I have to do is await for my new accelerated dental partials to be completed in only just a few more days... And my smilly face will have Accelerated dental partials staring back at me.. I feel special indeed.. Thank you Accelerated dental. P. To start off, I would like to thank the whole staff at this office. I get real anxious whenever I have dental appointments. I dont sleep very well the night before my appointments because I don't like needles. My mom was the one who recommended me to this place because of her own pleasant experience there. Plus, she knows how meticulous I can be when choosing where to go for my dental needs. Dr Rick is a true professional. He runs a fun and lively friendly practice. He is always all smiles. He is open in answering any questions that I have. He gives me whatever available options there are in my treatments. He is very knowledgeable in his field. He does not rush his time with me during appointments. BTW, their choice of music in their office is awesome! Sarah at the front desk is always welcoming with her smile and she seems always in a good mood. Yolanda who does appointments and billing is very knowledgeable. She is approachable and very patient in explaining what I don't understand. Dental hygienist Ashley is very detailed which I like. I felt she took her time and meticulously cleaned my teeth. Dental Assistants Brian and Lisa are both good. Lisa remembered my mom and always would ask how she is genuinely. Lisa is the best! I like how she explains every step she takes during my appointments. She has a very pleasant demeanor that puts me at ease. I am expecting to continue to have my dental needs taken care of at this practice. I have recommended this place to my friends because I know that they will have a good experience of their own. If you are looking for a dentist or wanting to make a change, get an appointment with Dr Rick. You wont regret it.

I have been going to AD for a few years. Dr. Rick (I thought) was a great doctor. I schedule my appointments six months in advance. I am a teacher and I make sure to go in December and June. I was scheduled Dec. 27. They changed my appt to Dec. 20 without notice which was fine. I was off work. However, they then told me that the hygienist had a “family emergency,” (I found out this wasn’t true. She had quit) and the soonest they could get me in was 1/26. They tried to reschedule me yet again on the 25. I am a teacher and don’t get off until 4:30 so I said. No thank you, that I would keep my 5 pm appt. They then told me the doctor would be gone. I told them that I only needed a cleaning and would rather not be rescheduled for a fourth time. When I arrived today, I had my cleaning which only took about 20 minutes versus the 45 or so minutes in the past. When I went to check out. (THIS IS THE KICKER) I was told I owe $50 for my deductible. (I have never had a deductible for a cleaning. Ever) My insurance didn’t change. She continues to argue with me about this. She said. “We will bill you then. “. I called my insurance company as soon as I left and they immediately told me that I have zero copay or deductible for a cleaning. In the past they have tried to apply floride treatments during my cleaning and when I checked out they say I owe $25. They give you the treatment without first telling you the cost. It is optional but they don’t tell you that. Please beware. I am concerned they are telling customers that they have a copay or deductible when they don’t. Cleanings are typically covered in full when you have dental insurance. I am so disappointed in this office. I won’t be returning.
