My appointment time was 10:00 a.m. As soon as I walked in the door I was immediately checked in. I sat for less than 5min. before I was ushered into the chair by a very cheerful young lady named Alijandra. She asked me all the pertinent questions which lead to her knowing exactly how to proceed. All of my questions and concerns were addressed. She was very knowledgeable and courteous. Dr. Reese was delightful and explained everything to me, in terms of my treatment plan options. I was extremely impressed with her expertise as well as her compassion. All in all, I was elated with my visit. I have already recommended Crown Dental to both my son and daughter.

I will NEVER come here again. My 8 year old daughter was in a lot of pain after her x-rays so she was not talking, she was crying. The dentist came in asked how my daughter was doing, she didn't answer, she was in pain, she asked if my daughter was going to talk I told her probably not she's in pain. The dentist said ok walked out sent the front desk lady in with a referral to another dentist reasoning "behavioral issue" are you kidding me!!! You could clearly see she was crying in pain. Absolutely terrible!

My experience at Crowe was absolutely amazing! I got checked in and was taken back to my room in less than 5 minutes. The receptionist was very friendly. The staff was very thorough, informative, and kind answering any questions I had. And Dr. R was very kind making sure to address any concerns while going over my charts. I cannot say enough about my experience. I will absolutely be back!
